This is the best, most consistent Starbucks I've ever been to. I go to CPP and usually stop by on the way to/from campus- they're super quick so even if the drive-thru line is exiting the parking lot, it never takes more than 10 minutes to get through (and usually much less than that). I never worry about getting a "bad" drink, and even when I order food it's never overcooked or cold inside. The staff is always friendly as well. I went to a different Starbucks this morning and got a drink that was half foam and a sandwich that was hard/dry- it made me appreciate how great this location is!

Amazing barristas i always come here, love their customer service I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino extra Caramel drizzle no whip cream!

My drink was awesome. I changed my mind and made my drink larger, and it was still really good even if it was poured into another cup. The only reason it's not a 5 star place is the extremely dirty look and eyeroll that I received when I asked if I could change my order.

This Starbucks is one of the newest designs, with a convenient drive-thru. The staff is some of the friendliest. I come here on a daily basis, and they remember my drink preferences. One morning in the drive-thru, I forgot to say Soy for my latte into the voice box, and they kindly reminded me. Excellent Service!

Jas at the window was very sweet. They run out of items sometimes. But that's only because they get so busy and they're a great Starbucks. Well made drinks. Thank you!

I always use the drive thru and the staff knows my order. So 5 stars for service. Food makes me choke however and is all microwaved. They should offer fresh food.

Staff is rude there….just horrible. I asked to warm up my latte and the lady gave me attitude. Need some training on how to treat customers

The barista was exceptionally helpful. I think one of the kindest I have met. It reminded me to recharge my Starbucks app.

Unbelievable over 10 minutes i waited for one bagel inside the store till asked for refund That grill she’s super slow 😡

I ordered the cappuccino and it was okay. I think there is a new barista making drinks because this cappuccino had more milk than foam. Today there was a long line of cars in drive thru and it took much longer than usual to get my drink. There was a new gal at the window and my bill was $4.65. I gave her $5.65 and asked for a receipt. She didn't give me my change and when I asked her about it she said the cost was $5.65. I told her my receipt says $4.65 and she checked and then apologized and said she didn't have her glasses and gave me change. At first I was annoyed by everything, the long wait and this interaction with this transaction but upon leaving as I was driving straight, a lady who came out from the left of me and didn't look cut me off and I nearly got hit. I didn't have time to honk it happened so fast. If I didn't have that extended interaction with the barista, I would have gotten hit by that careless driver. Sometimes things happen for a reason. That interaction with the barista delayed me long enough to be seconds behind from getting hit. Needless to say I was no longer annoyed but very, very grateful.

The place could be a bit more tidy. The staff is super helpful and nice.

One the best coffee shops near me always great customer service fast service and. Will accommodate you. And thought full ☕ so they ran out of thing to make my coffee and they did the absolute best to make it very good for me With what they had available, they made me try it before I drove away to make sure I get something I like ! great job guys at the drive through 💯

I'm a simple man with simple tastes. So when I order a venti Drip (large regular coffee), it usually gets poured right on the spot. Well, today wasn't one of those usual days. At this Starbucks I had to wait just like all those people who order the Grande Soy Raspberry latte with extra foam and a dash of java chips. No, they just had to pour black coffee on a venti(Lage) cup, no cream, black. So they get one star deduction. They did however put my name on the cup!

Couldn't be happier being a neighboring business to this crew. They're always welcoming, warm, and fast! Management is always kind and inviting, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the space is always clean. Thanks for being our neighbors :)
