So sad we felt the one in Vegas was 5 stars.We we’re so excited to have one near our house! Unfortunately at one point we counted 22 employees with not one person at 3rd floor bar and it took over a half hour to get a drink 8-9 hours for a golf bay but these have been sitting empty for well over 45 min. There was a super nice assistant manager Armando who said I’m sorry I’ll take care of you. We thought he comped our drinks because he saw how frustrated when I originally wrote this I said he comped our drinks I was wrong. I’ll take care of you did not mean comping our drinks he said we don’t do that! The employees are so unhappy we made it a joke to start counting smiles! We were here almost two hours and only counted 7 employees smile. 2 we’re flirting with each other. At least 40 have walked by a girl named Ariella in a pink shirt and Armando were really the only friendly ones. But with that kind of service we won’t be regulars We have had 4 Red shirt mangers just act like we don’t exist when they walk by us. Very disappointed. Noticing as I read these reviews they long address the positive and don’t deal with the issues

I was skeptical to try this location out after all the reviews talked about long waits and poor service. We were intimidated by the line that wrapped around the front just 5 minutes before opening but decided to wait in the line and see how long it would take. It took 30 minutes, starting at 9:55am, to make it to check in and straight into a bag on our requested 2nd level without any reservation at all. The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food is a little pricey. We just had some drinks and chips, salsa, and guacamole, which was decent. Everything worked seamlessly and we all enjoyed it! We will definitely be back!! Everything was so clean and they sanitize after people left.

Awesome experience! The time absolutely flew by. My advice is keep in mind that the time is ticking, so maybe take a few strokes at a time each time you're at the mat. We barely finished one game in 2 hours! (We did have a big group though.) Sometimes the balls don't seem to register, and they don't have shot tracking quite yet, but it's still a great time. Golfers and non-golfers alike will enjoy it; golfers can bring your own clubs if you prefer. And know that it's more about accuracy than power here. Service was great. Tons of space to hang out. If you go on a hot day, it will be shaded but still warm in the bays so plan appropriately.

Came here for the very first time to celebrate my BFF's birthday. None of us are golfers, but every single single one of us had a fantastic time! ⛳️🏌🏻‍♀️ The food was great as well. We ordered appetizers, Meals, desserts, and drinks as well. Everything was delicious!

I've been 2 the Dallas location, much better! The ambiance/energy of this place made us want 2 leave, but we were already there & decided on appetizers & drinks. Our drinks were strong, but it lacked flavor. The appetizers were just alright, nothing 2 really brag about. In short, I probably won't be back!

This place is very energetic, and is a good place to watch a sport game. They have a really big LED TV screen, with a bar under it. There is sometimes a wait to be able to play, but it's only during certain times. They have a pretty delicious menu. The architectural look is really fancy and elegant. They have a lot of glass, in a lot of different places. The building has 3 floors, 3 bars, 3 patios, 3 restrooms, and a lot of TVs. They have different types of golf games, that you can choose from on the monitor. They have a patio called The Toyota Patio. Topgolf probably has a sponsorship deal, because there is also a Toyota logo on the machine where the ball comes out.

Super fun, a little unorganized but to be expected since it’s so new. The kids had a blast and I love that they have summer camp! It’s probably best to try and get a reservation as the walk up line is super long. Download the app and keep checking randomly. They have some awesome specials which we are going to try and enjoy once it calms down a little

Regardless if you're good or bad golfer, at Top Golf, you're guaranteed to have fun. It can get really busy with long wait times, but if you make a reservation ahead of time, it's a great way to spend a few hours with friends. We ordered various drinks and food. All were good aside from one thing - the nachos. They are more like mini tostada's and if you have a large party, there might not be enough of them to go around. They were good, but definitely not nachos. Also, when I ordered a cocktail, the staff asked me what type of alcohol I wanted in it. When I asked what type of alcohol it normally came with it, they told me it was the "house" brand. I said that was fine, but didn't understand if they were trying to upsell me on the drink or actually asking me what type of alcohol I preferred. It would be nice if they made that clear up front. Prices are fair, but can get pricy if you don't keep tabs on items that you've ordered.

Top Golf is a great place for the whole family. We went on a Sunday. We did a triple couples night. Had some drinks and a bunch of appetizers. Everything was so good. The drinks hit the spot. The staff was really cool and attentive. We had alot of fun and will be returning over and over.

If I could give this place zero stars I would; I have never had such a terrible experience at a top golf. We joined the waitlist on the app 30 minutes after opening at 10:30, which said we would have a bay by 12:30-1:00. Once we got there the girl at the front desk said it would be about an hour, this was at 12PM. Which is what I would hear for the next five hours every time I went up to the front desk. We waited for 5 hours for a bay and all we heard was oh just about an hour more or less instead of telling us what it will be from the start. If from the start they told us it was going to be 5 hours we could’ve done something else with our time. At around 2:30 we were told they were about to start cleaning up the bays and getting people in, but we still did not hear anything. The service at the tables next to the bar was terrible; we saw the server twice at most. She completely ignored what my party was telling her and went to talk to another table instead. It took 30 minutes to have a manager come to our table but once one came over she said our bay would be ready but didn’t offer to do any complimentary play time or anything for all the issues we had with the place. After talking to her General Manager she was nice enough to comp our food and give us $50 for the next time we come but this place is definitely too much of a headache to ever come back.

Have been twice in two weeks since they’re grand opening. What has stood out is the amazing customer service! There is always a smiling face to help make sure you & your guest are taken care of. We had the margarita pizza, tacos, & drinks were all great as well. Perfect ambiance for a fun day with friends.

On Sunday night, I visited Top Golf with a reservation at 9:30. Our server, Nicole provided excellent service throughout the evening. However, there was an unfortunate incident that affected our overall experience. While my brother-in-law was heading to the restroom, he overheard Isabella making a dismissive comment about our group to another staff member. This comment made us feel unwelcome and disrupted the enjoyable time we were having at the venue. My brother-in-law promptly informed a manager about our concerns, as we were particularly disappointed considering we were visiting from Texas and our family lives in California. We left around 11:45, which was just 15 minutes before closing time. It was evident that Isabella was eager to have us leave, despite the fact that she was not our assigned server. I recall her approaching our table where we had two bays and noticing some crowded space around one bay. She asked if she could clean up some cups and I agreed, suggesting that she start with the table that no one was currently standing near. Instead, she smirked and proceeded to clean the other table. While our server did provide satisfactory service, Isabella's comment had a negative impact on our overall perception of the evening, thus prompting a lower rating for the overall experience. I hope upper management retrains Isabella on customer service! She could probably learn a thing or two from the server that we had that night! Nicole gets 10stars Isabella gets negative 2

Good place for the whole family, don’t need to be an experienced golfer. We played on the second floor and had a really good time. Appetizers were good specially the nachos and pretzel bites.

A lot of fun! My husband and I went for a day date on a Friday and it was perfect. Not crowded and we waited for about 10 min. I know evening are very hectic and busy so I suggest plan ahead. We can’t wait to go again.

Honestly it was my first time here. And service was awful, we order our drinks and after 30 minutes they come and tell us . We couldn’t order no more drinks and cancel our drinks. Will I come again ? Definitely NOT!! Manager guy was rude AF!!!!!! Elise !!! Was super cool . Lovely costumer service !!! If anything she made me feel welcome !!

Great experience here. I went with 4 other people. You have to get an online reservation, there is no walk ins allowed. It can get pretty hectic trying to get a reservation at a time you want but it's worth it. If you're a new user, you have to sign up with a 5 dollar fee otherwise it won't keep your score. I went around 1 PM and had a great time, there's a ton of different game modes to choose from. A pitcher of beer here is $25, food varies from about $10-15. The cheese balls were delicious and worth the $10. I'm pretty sure it's way better at night, however my and my friends had a good time regardless. Well worth the price for a great amount of fun!

This place has an excellent vibe. I enjoyed my time there 9/10. The last point to take this place to a 10 would be that the chicken strips had a weird rip to them, and they were SUPER crunchy. If that’s your jam then this place is a 10/10 masterpiece. Food beer mixed drinks and golf. I suck at golf but I still had fun.

Came here with some workers. As a first time visitor, I loved this place, three levels and each floor had a bar. Heaters work too well and food is pretty good as well. Definitely recommend this place

We had a blast! The entire experience was good from reserving a bay thru playing our two hours. The staff was super helpful and attentive. We enjoyed it very much.

Love this location, huge parking lot, can get busy on weekends, easy access right off the freeway, easy to get in and out of. 3 floors of bays, and bars on each floor. Pricey, but worth it. Such a fun atmosphere, very clean, good food on the menu and full bar with lots of beers to choose from. Been here many times, will return and highly recommend.

Fun Time had by all. Food was good drink had some mulligan, ordered a double Johnny Walker Black but tasted the same as the single, but charged more. Our server, Lindsey, I think was her name, was sweet and checked on us often and made brother in law have a good time for his birthday. Would recommend for a fun time. Must try the sesame, garlic parmesean, and BBQ chicken wings. Yummy.

I would say if you and some friends that like golf this is a fun place we didn’t have to wait and food was decent however they ask way too many questions to get started really annoying

I haven't even golfed yet today, but wanted to make sure to leave a five-star review because of the great customer service I received from Gabe, who helped us at the front desk. I was previously given some incomplete information about booking a time and when I was unable to book at my desired time Gabe went above and beyond with the best customer service imaginable to make sure my group was well taken care of. I'm not sure how the food is, I'm not sure if we'll have any fun inside, but I am blown away by the service and the smile that Gabe provided today. If the rest of the staff is half as friendly and helpful as him then we will definitely be having a great time!

We went here with a few friends for a birthday event, and it was perfect! We did make reservations ahead of time which ensured that we got our bay without any wait. The service was A+. Mark checked in with us very frequently and made sure that we had everything we needed. He helped us understand how to get started as most of us were completely new to golfing. The food was amazing, but the drinks could be a little stronger (which is why I gave food a 4/5). It didn't take long at all for the food to come out either! Price was perfect too. There was 5 of us and including food, drinks, and game it came down to ~ $30/hour per person. Which is pretty affordable if you compare it to other activities. I wouldn't go here with our little little kids but I can see kids having fun here too that enjoy golfing.

We just got food. The Farmhouse Flatbread was delicious and GF! Got the Nachos…they were good but I don’t think the word “nachos” fits. They were more like toastadas. The cookie skillet was more like a gooey amazingly delicious brownie with a giant scoop of ice cream on top. It was a great atmosphere and only 7 mins from the Ontario Airport—a great place to spend a long layover. Staff were great.

Let me say, my wife surprised me with a party here for my 50th Birthday. I thought I was helping a friend get something from his storage And we stopped here to check it out..surprise.. lol.. anyway I swung a few clubs and didn't do too bad, my kid even seemed to be a natural. Really enjoyed myself. My wife even had a painting made of my late dad, my son and I. My dad passed before my son was born.

wow what a place to have family time. i went to the place four time in three days. The employees were helpful and the place was clean. too much fun . our server Olivia was also very sweet
