On
Sunday
night,
I
visited
Top
Golf
with
a
reservation
at
9:30.
Our
server,
Nicole
provided
excellent
service
throughout
the
evening.
However,
there
was
an
unfortunate
incident
that
affected
our
overall
experience.
While
my
brother-in-law
was
heading
to
the
restroom,
he
overheard
Isabella
making
a
dismissive
comment
about
our
group
to
another
staff
member.
This
comment
made
us
feel
unwelcome
and
disrupted
the
enjoyable
time
we
were
having
at
the
venue.
My
brother-in-law
promptly
informed
a
manager
about
our
concerns,
as
we
were
particularly
disappointed
considering
we
were
visiting
from
Texas
and
our
family
lives
in
California.
We
left
around
11:45,
which
was
just
15
minutes
before
closing
time.
It
was
evident
that
Isabella
was
eager
to
have
us
leave,
despite
the
fact
that
she
was
not
our
assigned
server.
I
recall
her
approaching
our
table
where
we
had
two
bays
and
noticing
some
crowded
space
around
one
bay.
She
asked
if
she
could
clean
up
some
cups
and
I
agreed,
suggesting
that
she
start
with
the
table
that
no
one
was
currently
standing
near.
Instead,
she
smirked
and
proceeded
to
clean
the
other
table.
While
our
server
did
provide
satisfactory
service,
Isabella's
comment
had
a
negative
impact
on
our
overall
perception
of
the
evening,
thus
prompting
a
lower
rating
for
the
overall
experience.
I
hope
upper
management
retrains
Isabella
on
customer
service!
She
could
probably
learn
a
thing
or
two
from
the
server
that
we
had
that
night!
