Great customer service, great prices and over a blessing when it comes to having your order ready on time fresh.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen!! I ordered at 1:20pm and they delivered at after almost at 4pm !! They didn’t give any discount for the inconvenience and didn’t even bother to apologize, the customer service rep was ignorant and unprofessional do not order from this location. They left 4 kids waiting for over 2 hours After 15 minutes of arguing with the manager I did get my money back but she accused me of eating the pizza and fraud!! She even asked for my ID! Keep kept me waiting for 3 hours for my pizza and sent the same one so when we got it the cheese was cold hard and stale!!! I had to go pick up my refund in person We’re she argued with me more. Keep in mind my order was only 30$ and she tried to turn the scenario around on me lol no thanks never again. Staff is unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would

This is probably the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. pizza had a strange funky taste to it. old greasy and stale. i highly recommend you not come here and eat you are better off eating little ceasar's.

The first time I went their i got 2 grande pizzas and they come with a 2 liter rite . Well the reason i found that out was cause i went back the following day to get another grande Pizza and a young lady that worked there pointed out that I needed to get a 2 liter of soda that was included with my purchase . I was dang really .

No stars!!!! I went to pizza loca Ontario. When I got home I noticed my pizza was burnt also I asked for pepperoni and ham. They just added ham on a previously made pepperoni pizza. I didn’t even got an apology from them

I paid $8 for 5 wings. They were skinny and dry.

Lately the pizza has been really bad. Avoid it, unless you lack the funds order the large ($5.50 I think) before 4:30 pm.

The breadsticks seasoning is amazing but I could only take a few bites because they were so dry. The pizza had little to no sauce which I personally can't stand my husband doesn't mind less sauce so I suppose that'd be preference, it was all very cold it felt like it had been made hours previously tbh but I of course don't know that it was just based on consistency taste and temp. lower than little Caesars or 711 quality but I do want to point out the price is pretty unbeatable here in california so maybe give it a try if you're on a tight budget.

Would rather give it zero stars. Called in my order and when I went to pick it up they told me no card only cash!? Like how do you not disclose that information on the phone. On top of it the guy and girl working yesterday around 430 did not seem to care about their jobs. Then when I brought it home the food tasted disgusting. I mean super gross. The pizza was not worth it. The guy below is correct on how it tasted. Not even good when cold still has the same taste. I’ve had waaaay better pizzaloca pizza. Your better off going to little chasers for sure.

It is great that they are open to midnight. Fri & Sat. Staff was, mah. Pizza was , mah. You have to order extra cheese to get the regular amount of cheese. Fyi

Poor service, pizza was okay. Our pizza was made incorrectly twice after putting in a pickup order. Wait went from 15-20 minutes to almost an hour and a half. Gigante pizza was nice, but still poor service makes me not wanna come back.
