First time eating at raising canes. I figured since they opened one close to home id give it a try. Drive through line was long so we decided to dine it. Wait time wasn't long as they were pretty good with putting out the orders. I stuffed my texas toast almost making like a hotdog but with chicken, sauce, and coleslaw. I say you get extra toast and fries. Make sure you don't skip out on your experience. Overall food was amazing and staff did a great job.

Food is consistent in comparison with other locations. The staff is hit and miss with competence. Some you can tell appreciate the job and others seem to loathe being there. The left lane had more order takers therefor moves twice as fast which is frustrating if you're in the right lane. I won't be returning, I'll keep it the treat it always was at other more well thought out locations with much better employees.

Very good place when you're looking for chicken strips made perfectly. Very limited menu options - chicken strips, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and iced tea, lemonade, and soda. The menu is basically various number of strips that you want. Made to order so everything is hot and fresh. Great service. Nice ambiance. Plenty of parking. Overall, a great place to eat.

Consistently quality. Consistently tasty. Consistently fresh. What else would you expect from such a consistent chain? I have been to many locations in Southern California and none disappointed! The chicken is crisp and of good quality. The fries are great. The sauce is one of the best of any chain-specific sauces. And the bread brings the whole experience together! Will I go back? Absolutely I would!

So our plan was to eat dinner after church at KFC, but we were so close to Cane’s in Palm Springs, so we decided to go there. Been there many times, and it is always the same issue, starting with the seating area which we had to wipe our table and our seats, and this happens every single time. Even a table of 5 came in and did the same thing. What a shame! My fries weren’t hot or fresh. My observation on our experience there tonight was, we felt dirty, actually the oil that was on the seat went to my outfit, not happy. I am not sure why they have so many people in the back, was not even busy and no one, even the management seem not to care of the cleanliness. Im not sure why the cashier whrn she doesn’t have any customers cannot go and clean, or front crew were just chatting and chatting when they can go and clean the dine area. Even the mgr was just having fun chatting with his crew, whern there was lots of things to do! No toilet paper in the bathroom. How do you expect for your guests to clean up themselves? All the trash cans were full. Floor was full of napkins, fries, spoons, etc…SO FILTHY EVERYWHERE! Not acceptable! We go to other ones like the one in Beaumont and it looks impeccable! Out visit was on 11/29/23 around 8:30pm. 5 cars in the p lot. and less than 10 people inside. SO SAD! We love canes but we will take our business somewhere else

Fast service inside the restaurant, few seats, many cars on the drive and a long line.

A lot of people like Raising Cane's but I really o ly like their sauce. The chicken is ok, it's better other places, but that sauce, and their bread, is fantastic! I love the sweet tea, too. Very limited menu.

Delicious food; poor service/operations Ordered take-out for my office 2:53, it is 3:22 and multiple people have ordered and left with food. An employee stepped-in to find where our order is, but that was 5min ago. *Edit: undoubtedly forgot or lost our order as we overheard a girl explain to a manager/team-lead “I told him to do it a while ago.” Also, receipt on bag of food shows 2:59pm, but my bank was charged at 2:53pm?

Man, love the food. Always PRETTY fast lines..could have a better parking situation. NOW, idk how many time I've gone here and they mess up my order. Sometimes it's for my benefit, but sometimes they are giving out kids meal when I paid for a 3 piece. And EVERYTIME, they give out MINIMAL fries. TODAY, I got half of what I normally would. And they forgot my 4 cane sauces. Idk might make the trip to Chick-fil-A from now on. GET A BETTER CREW. Or better trainers. UPDATE: JUST WENT BACK. again the forget my Coleslaw. SECOND PICTURE IS JULY 11TH.

Stopped by as I was driving through, and I was really impressed by the service at this location! Super friendly and even had table service, which was nice to have! Food was delicious, as always, but the service really made this location stand out to me!

I am not a big fan of fast food, but this place is on top of the list of to go to. Their chicken meals by far is better than any other places. Nice atmosphere and ambiance. Friendly staff and very clean.

Great lunch stop after arriving on Palm Springs. Delicious chicken strips that a juicy and crunchy. The lemonade is on point. Great customer service. Employees came around and took food baskets when empty.

Did the drivethru. I really like this chicken. It's a light, crispy batter and the chicken is juicy. Better than most fast food chicken pieces. I ask for my fries well done, as I like them crispier then they tend to serve them. The lemonade is tasty. Always good!

I've eaten here in several occasions but won't be coming back. The chicken is good but I noticed a tall manager with a green shirt correcting one employee about his performance out loud for I to hear from my table he said to him "I am doing your job, concentrate, money doesn't come for free as he told him about filling up plates before he goes. That's no way to correct and employee, insinuating that he's getting paid for free and that he's doing his job I've worked in a toxic management and it's not fair that I get to hear those hateful comments.

Had the chicken sandwich. By far, the best fast found chicken sandwich I've had. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the special Canes sauce is dynamite. If you like fingers of chicken, then go!

Awesome chicken fingers and Texas toast. The only issue why it wasn't 5 stars is that on my second visit the Chicken fingers were significantly smaller and not as juicy. I would advise to dine in and enjoy that fresh taste. Takeout here just doesn't do it justice. Staff was wonderful and don't forget the Sweet Tea!
