There was no wait. Everything is digital be prepared to fill all the paperwork out on your phone and you have to take pictures of your drivers license and insurance card. It took a while to do this. The girl at the front desk was rude and told me that I would be responsible for my co-pay and 20% of the services provided. I repeatedly told her that I already met my deductible and I’ve never had to pay 20% of the services at any urgent care before. Another employee overheard and walked up and said I was right and I already met my deductible and would only have to pay my copay. The girl didn’t even apologize. Bad customer service! The Physician Assistant and Radiologist was nice. We were in and out pretty quick. Office was clean and spacious.

Floors dirty and it recently opened. Tattooed arrogant Dr. with no respect for clients or workers. This place has so much far on the floor and dirt it shows the lack of cleanliness. The male Dr is arrogant, shows lack of empathy and knowledge and thinks the sun rises and sets when he wakes up. This place is "MAL PRACTICE" Waiting to HAPPEN. go elsewhere you will end up in the ER at a hospital getting proper treatment later.

10/10 recommend this urgent care. Brought our sick 4 year old in for an early appointment Saturday morning. We were greeted nicely at the front reception. Our medical assistant and provider Remy were speedy, pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I was there a week ago and I had a wonderful experience. Filled out paperwork online before appt, took 5 mins., booked appt., showed up early and the staff, Louise, Duncan and Dr. Danny were great and welcoming. I found the facility very clean. They offer many services and are open until 8pm. It took me 45 mins., I was in and out. Super happy with this Urgent Care. Glad they are open!!

the best urgent care I have been able to find. I went with pain in my right arm and the wait was quick. The doctor was interested in my problem and also took an X-ray. Then she called me to explain my problem more deeply and gave me tips and prescriptions to the pharmacy to feel much better! I don't have insurance and that wasn't a problem. I think I could have spent more on the emergency hospital, days of work and my time and suffering with my pain. Thank you AFC in Torrance you are the best!

This place is wonderful! I needed some fast and urgent care and this place was so great. They were very fast, efficient and super clean. The doctor and receptionist were both very kind and helpful. It’s not often you find a place like this, but man was I impressed by how much they just care. Thanks for making a difference!

AFC Urgent Care My experience at this urgent care was very positive. I was greeted by name when I walked in the door. How amazing is that? There was hardly any wait time. I went here for a pre employment drug test. I booked my appointment online. Walk in was also available. The gentlemen at the front desk were professional, polite and pleasant. The drug test physician was awesome. The overall experience was one of the best medical urgent care facilities in the South Bay. Loved it!! Close to my job and they close till 8 pm which I love! Since I get out of work till 6 or 7 and they accept medical which is great for me! Staff is nice and unfortunately I forgot Doctors name but she was very sweet!
