This
parking
lot
is
really
a
zoo.
People
don't
look
people
just
walk
out
in
front
of
you.
If
you
stop
for
one
pedestrian
you
might
be
there
for
10
pedestrians.
Been
in
two
accidents
in
that
parking
lot.
Very
poor
design.
Very
tight
for
some
turns
where
two
cars
are
supposed
to
be
able
to
fit.
Also
a
lot
of
people
who
drive
in
Peninsula
Shopping
Center
are
really
not
that
Adept
at
driving
in
a
crowded
Shopping
Center.
Early
morning
and
late
evening
is
best,
midday
on
the
weekends
and
you'll
be
beating
your
head
against
the
steering
wheel
looking
for
a
parking
spot
and
dealing
with
people
who
don't
even
look
before
they
step
out
in
the
street.
I've
lived
here
my
whole
life.
I
have
seen
this
Center
go
through
many
many
changes.
I'm
from
the
day
of
buffum's
and
Jolly
Rodger.
Definitely
overcrowded.
More
parking
is
needed
and
it
is
needed
in
a
structural
manner.
Problem
is
where
are
you
going
to
put
it?
And
Palos
Verdes
just
keeps
building
more
and
more
apartment
buildings
on
Silver
Spur.
I
just
see
an
influx
of
people
and
not
enough
room.
Something
really
needs
to
be
done
about
parking
and
the
handicap
spots
especially.
You
only
have
a
handful
and
the
majority
of
people
who
live
up
here
are
elderly.
