I popped into Robere's Jewelry after looking online for a good local jeweler to fix my wedding ring and I was so pleased! Not only was Robere very helpful but the price was fair, and the turnaround time was short. It turned out beautifully and I had the best experience!

I went to Robere's after seeing such great reviews. I was looking for a good local place to get my ears pierced and after Googling it, I found Robere's. Frist of all, the owner, Robere is the nicest and kindest person you'll ever meet! He was so friendly, warm, and welcoming as I walked in. I inquired about the pricing for the ear piercing and I thought while I was there, I would inquire about ring resizing for a ring that I bought slightly too large for me. His prices are incredibly affordable! He doesn't jack up his prices like other jewelers do! Robere told me they could resize the ring while I got my ears pierced! This was literally the FASTEST and BEST service I have ever received! Jonathan did my piercing for my second holes and he was to meticulous. He made sure my markings were perfect and that I was happy with them. The piercing was done in an instant with a piercing gun. I had even brought in another pair of earrings for my fist holes, which I was having difficulty getting into my ears and Jonathan very kindly worked his magic to get them on for me! He was so kind, gentle, and professional! By the time my ears were pierced, I only had to wait a couple more minutes for my ring! My ring resizing took less than an hour! Plus, the ring looked gorgeous and fit perfectly! Robere made sure to measure my finger size so, the ring would fit perfectly but was still easy to remove when I wanted to. The finished ring looked even better than when it came in! I have often heard that rings aren't as strong when they've been resized but I honestly, think the ring felt sturdier. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about the customer service and the people there. The price for their work is fantastic and I will be a long time customer! I can't recommend them enough!

This Jeweler is a treasure! Beautiful on-site repair of my Movado stainless bracelet watchband. It's been repaired several times and this jeweler did the best job by far. Also had the movement replaced in my Rotary watch. I'm very happy with their work and outstanding customer service.

Robere and his son Jonathan are true class acts. I have gotten several items from them and every time they give me a fair price and do great work! They moved from their original location in La Jolla UTC which was convenient for me since I live in the neighborhood within a mile of their original store. My wedding is this week so about a month ago I started looking at jewelers local to me, strictly out of convenience . I wasn't getting the pricing I wanted and the other jewelers delivery time was not fast enough. I reached out to Robere's new location and paid them a visit. They got both my and my wife's wedding bands completed to PERFECTION at a fraction of the cost of the other jewelers and delivered both in time. Why did I ever think to look elsewhere? I will be going to them for any and everything from here on out! Love these guys and their work. Thank you for your work and continued relationship! Met personally with the owner, Robere. He was extremely helpful in getting my ring sized, soldered, checked all my diamonds & cleaned it making it look brand new! He quickly got my ring back to me as well. Dropped it off on a Monday afternoon & had it back Tuesday afternoon! Very impressed with his knowledge & turn around time! Would go back anytime!

I went into Robère's Jewelry in Solana Beach to inquire about repairing a post on one of my wife's earrings that would not lock (she almost lost it). Mr. Robère was kind enough to exam it under his magnifier and found that the post was slightly bent. It took him only about a minute to straighten out the post with a tool and it now locks perfectly. When I asked about the charge for the service, he said there was no charge and it was his pleasure. It appears that Robère sells all kinds of jewelry and does repairs himself in-house. I'll definitely be back next time I'm shopping for jewelry or in need of repairs.

Had a wisteria pendant made by Robere’s for my wife. We are Buddhists and the fine detail with the creative side of them with choosing an exquisite gold chain to hold the pendant was beyond my expectations.

Best jewelry repair in town! Earlier this week, I rushed in five minutes before closing with a broken necklace. It had just broken that day, and I had my heart set on wearing it for a work event the next day. I asked Robere if there was any way he could fix it in time, fully expecting him to say no, since the shop was closing and didn't open until an hour before the event. But he had it ready the next morning, even with time to spare! He attached a clasp that looked exactly like the original for a great price. The new clasp also feels a lot sturdier than the original did, and I know it won't break again. I wore it to the party and felt like a million bucks. Thanks Robere!

Robere is an incredible jeweler with the best service imaginable. I was looking for a custom engagement ring and had a general idea of what I wanted, and Robere knew exactly how to interpret my description and exceeded my expectations. I was looking to get my ring resized before my wedding. I luckily stumbled across them with a quick web search. I called a few others who did not answer and looked like they required an appointment. Huge plus to Robere’s Jewelry was that they actually answered when I called and they took walk ins. This place was legit and they know their stuff. I have never gotten a ring resized and they made me feel very comfortable with the process. Not to mention they offered to have the ring ready in just a couple of days. Upon pick up they were just as friendly as drop off. They even suggested I get my engagement band cleaned before my wedding which was something I was thinking about doing anyways. They were able to clean it for me and my engagement looks brand new again and so sparkly! I highly recommend this place for jewelry resizing, cleaning, and repair!

Sold a ring with a GIA report stating it was 6.04 carats. Sent it for an updated report, and it was only 5.06 carats with lesser clarity. They clearly either switched the diamond or gave the wrong GIA report with the sale, as the ring hadn't been worked on in between reports. I can't say whether it was in error or intentional, but it is concerning. Bring a caliper if you're making a purchase here so you can ensure the measurements on the report are the same as the measurements of the diamond you're buying. Edit: He threatened to sue me over this review within 5 minutes of it going up, lmfao. I have both GIA reports. I had given 2 stars before because the ring was still gorgeous, but I've removed one because the owner is wild. I'm sure there are more pleasant people to do business with.

Jonathan at Robere's helped me with my watches recently. He helped me find a watch which wasn't in stock at any other local retailers and he helped me with a good deal on it! Robere's also fixed my grandfathers old Accutron and got it running for the first time in almost 30 years. Thank you so much!

My wife is in love with vintage jewelry. They knew exactly what style and era was the best for her preferences. All sizing was done super fast and the ring looks amazing. I personally have a Stainless Steel ring that no other jeweler would touch. I needed it resized 2 sizes larger. They took the time to explain my options and then exceeded my expectations. Jonathan did an amazing job creating a custom wedding ring set for me, even agreeing to use a sapphire I had as the central stone, which many other jewelers refused to do. I was in the area, and in need of a jewelry repair shop. I stop in met with the manager on a Friday, who told me he could fix the bracelet by Tuesday of the following week. On Tuesday I show up only to find the bracelet was not ready, and hadn't been touched. He (the manager) then makes excuses and ask me to come back on Thursday. I show back up Thursday only to wait outside the door for another fifteen minutes to get buzzed in. I ask if the bracelet was ready and he stated almost, and to give him five minutes ( which turned into another twenty minutes). To add insult to it all, he tosses the bracelet onto the store glass case and walked away to charge my card. You will not see me nor any of my friends at your new location. Terrible customer service!

Strangest and most unprofessional jewelry shop I’ve been too. Looked at all my pieces for about 2 seconds. He made me fill out my own repair slips which I found really unprofessional and probably why one of the pieces wasn’t repaired because I’m not a jeweler I’ve never filled that out bThis is the first time I’ve used this place won’t be back. One piece I received wasn’t even touch but I was charged for. I had to have it mailed to me by a family member so they didn’t know it wasn’t fix. I knew as soon as I dropped the jewelry off that there was going to be issues because the lack of time he took to examine the jewelry and that he didn’t even fill out the repair slip.

I brought in an engagement ring I inherited for repair because I noticed one prong was broken. When I showed Robere, he noticed that more prongs were broken and explained why it would be necessary to replace the head. He even offered to make it 6-prong instead of 4-prong for the same price if I wanted to. Overall, I'm extremely happy with how the ring turned out. Robere is very friendly, clearly knowledgable, and offers a fair price. The repair was also super quick and was finished the next day, which I didn't expect. I will definitely be coming back for any of my jewelry needs.
