This shop used to be decent. Now that Vin is gone it has completely turned into trash. There's always some mixup with appointments. The technicians are TAKING SHOTS while working on clients. I've had to come back several times to have my nails fixed. They aren't stocked up on wine and sodas for the customers anymore. The techs are loud and it's anything but relaxing when you go in. I had an appointment for 5pm. I was asked to come in earlier only to be waiting because my tech was still doing someone else's pedicure. Then she wanted to brush me off on another technician saying she was DRUNK! After soaking for 30 mins Myly told me she wasn't doing my services because she didn't feel like it , I could take my feet out and leave. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years. This is very disappointing. Vin needs to come back and get the shop back in order!

When to this spa this morning for the first time said I wanted a pedicure and nails polish with gel and tips I was told $20 for the toes and altogether she said $50 when I went to pay my bill lan the tech told me it’s $92.00. Please be careful… she did not do anything special.. robbery please don’t use this place I told Lan the tech I wanted a gel polish and tips she did not do my cuticle and a pedicure I was telling her I did not want curtain things done to my nails and she said I know everything I told her I did not want she said I know people be aware.. my bill was $92.00 for a crappie nail job…

I went yesterday 7/8/23. I was cut on my cuticle and started bleeding. The guy just kept going. He used the wrong bit to take my gel color off. I felt it getting very hot. Then whatever this guy did he made my middle toe nail split down the middle and was so weak. The gel application was very sloppy! I paid $70. I wish I walked out but had somewhere to go. Thanks to him I now have a swollen toe where I was cut, chipped gel polish already, and toes look a nasty mess as color is on my toe and cuticle.I will not be back. If you like to be cut and then burned by a drill go here. Otherwise find somewhere else! This was someone husband. I will never becoming back. He’s lucky I have him a tip! I shouldn’t have though.

This is the WORST experience that I have encountered in my life. The nail tech was ROUGH, had a hackling disgusting cough throughout my service, he kept twisting my fingers to file. He kept making comments like “Relax” “You so Stiff” … how can I relax when my fingers are being handled rough… not to mention I waited about 15 minutes for the tech to begin my service… the constant coughing and the pulling of my wrist through the plastic barrier. When it was time to pay I told the receptionist about my encounter and he offered to make it right. However, with the service that I just experienced I wanted to leave immediately. This is NOT how you treat a customer. I added photos of the SLOPPY rough work…. Polish was left on my skin, bubbles in the polish and the chipping began immediately!!!! Total waste of $48

I had the pleasure of visiting the Reisterstown Rd plaza location. I was very impressed by their attentiveness of the customers. Their customer service was awesome. My tech Mr. Hong did an amazing job with my manicure ( gel) and pedicure. He was very friendly. You felt very welcomed from the time you entered the establishment. They also did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I’ll definitely be returning as a customer. Thank you for such great service.

Service is quick and well done. Loved the care and attention put into my nails from Taylor. He is very gentle on the hands. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. You are offered a refreshment upon entering. Space well maintained. Will be coming back.

Technicians were wonderful!!! They provided mani and pedis for me and my Mom! They were so patient with her and worked around her limitations! She had a great outing with her daughter ❤️

Everywhere I go people stop me to ask where did I get my nails done because my nails turn heads! Allllwaaaaays💞might I add the staff here is AMAZING, always kind & friendly to everyone there like family!

Only place I get my nails and lashes done. Miley is AWESOME. Her husband Vin makes sure everything runs smooth as possible. They will take care of you. Tell her Ms Dee sent you.

Andy (the nail tech) didn’t offer me a menu nor ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. He gave me what he wanted to give me and then charged me for a milk and honey pedicure!! I don’t think so! I will not be returning to Nail Trix.

They charged me 52 dollars for a basic pedicure that would be 32. Good service but terrible service, poorly done and poorly painted nails. I don't step on this place anymore

Salon is dirty, they don’t sanitize and I feel like they try to get you to get the most expensive nail package for their benefit and when you don’t you get poor service. Really the service is poor no matter what you get. They try to do as LEAST as possible! I won’t be going back! Techs are rude and talk too much among themselves. They’re not attentive to their work which is shabby. All I can say is they should treat people like they want to be treated and do the job people pay them for. I spent $185 for my husband and I and The pedicure I got was half done and my nail polish was sloppy!

Very unsatisfied with the service I received today. Just went for a pedicure and decided at the last minute to get the special which was $40.00. I felt rushed after I waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The towels did not look sanitized and the tech was going to use a towel that fell on the floor several times until I requested a fresh towel. My feet felt rough and dry afterwards but the color I chose was nice. I was referred by someone but everything isn't for everyone.

Very unhappy. I came to get my nails done 8/5 . Gel chipped a couple days after. I came in on 8/7 at 6:50pm to see about getting them fixed. I was not taken and said they were closed. On 8/9 I came at 10am as the sign says they open at that time and the open sign is on. I stood there until 10:15 still not open. Very unprofessional will not be coming back!

Totally love the manager and the Techs here! I’ve been coming for quite a while and my nail tech is Tony, he is awesome & very gentle & gives the best hand & foot massages. I also love that I’m always greeted by name. The atmosphere is relaxing for the most part and everyone is hospitable and friendly😊

This place is beautiful and clean, but lacks in service. I typically get gel pedicures but decided to opt for regular polish. The woman was very rough and cut my skin while clipping my toe nails. Also, they paint very sloppy and it seems like no one can fix a simple mistake here. Wouldn’t recommend

The service here is excellent. The front desk customer service is great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The manager actually talks to the clients and knows them by name. The prices are affordable, environment is very clean, check in process is efficient, you can schedule appointments and the wait time is short. Overall, it's a great customer experience. I received a pedicure, eye brow wax and fill-in. When I went to the back of the facility to wait for the woman to wax my eyebrows, the manager came in the room to notify me that the wait would be two minutes because he wanted to give the woman time to wash her hands before waxing my eyebrows. I appreciate this level of service and cleanliness.

Never ever again. This is the type of place you come to to get a bare basic manicure. Their nail polish is cheap hence the bubbles. I returned for them to fix and they made the nails worse. $20 extra for gel that bubbles. Pictures coming

This place is clean, professional, and always a good time! I’ve had Rose, Myly, Lily and Taylor and they’ve all been phenomenal. They may cost a bit more than other places, however for the quality of the work, it’s well worth it!

my experience was terrible this time and then they wanted a tip and was talking about not giving a tip but look at this I'm hurt and disappointed

First time here and will absolutely be back. Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Full set and polish change on my toes…was in an out under an hour. Love that for me ;)

Very unhappy! I got a gel pedicure and gel fill in on Monday before Thanksgiving. My nails lasted literally three days. polished chipped and three nails broke off.

Pedicure was great. Manicure and gel polish not so great. Rough and filed my nails so much skin bled. Gel polish lumpy.

Love this place everybody is extremely nice and does a great Job perfect relaxing environment been coming here over a year wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Terrible service, the bald dude with glasses in flip flops literally coughed on my toes WITH NO MASK ON MIGHT I ADD!! oh but not before cutting my toes to death with a nail file they used on my whole nail and if I wasn’t writing as I’m receiving this awful service I would take pictures!

My experience was terrible, I went in to get my nails, feet and eye brows done. the only thing service that was decent is my feet. My eyebrows are terrible and my hands are in pain from the being cut by the drill. It was my first and LAST time going to this nail shop.

Very unsatisfied with this service. Just went to get manicure full set. They are overly priced, they charge for gel and designs which isn’t a problem. But they also charge for each color you would like to use. I feel as tho that’s highly unnecessary. Another problem I had was that they rush just to get to the next person. Wouldn’t recommend this place!!!

The entire experience from start to finish is amazing! The customer service, comfortable yet stylish salon, incentives and more! Not to forget the tasty wine and I’m not easy to please when it comes to my nails. It’s the ambiance of it all for me!

Never opens on time. It's 9:13 and not open on a Saturday morning!
