I love this gym. It has a great location (the parking lot even feels safe!), everyone working out was courteous, and the locker rooms and equipment were all clean. There is nothing more I can ask for in a gym.

Ive been coming here for years. It’s always been nice, but they just finished remodeling and it looks awesome. Great staff as well!

Covid protocol followed. Plenty of sanitizer and sanitizing cleaner available for before and after use of the equipment. Masks must be worn at all times. Staff friendly, helpful and follow covid protocols. I definitely recommend the Reisterstown MD location.

As a former employee at this location, the staff is one of the greatest attributes of this gym. After speaking with Miranda (front desk) and Liz ( General Manager), I can assure you anything that you need in terms of questions, assistance, and help they will guide you with the best of their abilities. This was my home club for about two years before relocating to another state. Overall, good gym. Staff was always nice and helpful. The equipment was just like other planet fitness locations (don’t expect barbells or squat racks). Mostly was able to access whatever machine(s) I wanted to use every time I went, although the smith machines are usually always accounted for. Before the mask mandate was lifted, the club was good about making sure everyone was masked up. I have no complaints about this club. In general, i would like to see Planet Fitness expand to more free weight equipment (barbells, squat racks etc).

Very disappointed in the reopening in Reisterstown. I believe that the club will be nice once completed. But to reopen with no running water, air-conditioning or inside bathrooms makes little sense to me. It's like having a renovation done on your favorite bar then going to the opening and most things aren't working. I have ventured to Columbia which is an additional 20 minutes from me but we'll worth the drive. Great staff and great environment.

I usually come around 5-5:30 am during the week and the 3 young men that greet me just get my workout started the right way. They are so friendly and encouraging and make me love coming to this site. The gym is also clean, and not overly crowded at this time. People are generally respectful of the equipment ( although some of them to wipe it down after they use it).

They get a 3 star because they are nice but they have no free weight bench or square. You are not allowed to bring your own ab roller or jump rope. I would join again but only have machine exercise is bad for your body you have to incorporate your stabilizer with free weight.

Just rejoined after a 5 or 6 year break. Still has friendly and knowledgeable staff, plus lots of new equipment. Today was day one of a new routine. Got to get ready for a "Hot Girl Summer" 😆

Average PF. Renovations took a month but looks like they just painted the place. Bathrooms don’t look new at all but we’re closed for a month. Not exactly sure what they renovated looks the same as before to me. Employee with the coconut haircut keeps walking around and staring at people. Makes them feel uncomfortable. Also keeps ringing “lunk” alarm anytime the smith machine clacks under heavier weight. I wasn’t the one using the smith machine when he kept activating it but that alarm almost made me drop my free weight right on myself… this kid is gonna get someone hurt. Don’t have a picture of him but his haircut looks like coconut from Ned’s declassified. (Picture attached for clarification)

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge James and Donovan who were very pleasant during my visit. I also had shared with them some fitness goals I was working on as I did weight lifting but needed to do cardio and told them I just didn't feel like it. They encouraged me to do just a few minutes if I could handle it and I ended up jogging on the treadmill for 11 minutes. I really appreciate their motivation and their support to help patrons stay on top of progress and goals. Thank you both so much !

I wish I never do it, second time and shower water is cold. Where is hot water? I payin 25$ bucks. I think at least I deserve hot water. I will try other location but they are not open 24 hrs. Totally screwed

Always clean and not overly crowded. Employees are very nice and there’s enough equipment. If something break they are fixing it super fast to have it up and running again. I really like this PF compared to others I’ve been to

I would love it if when I came into the gym there wasn't any news program on. When running on the treadmill I hate watching the news, this is supposed to be a gym. When the program are UFC or sport or exercise I really get into my workout. I forget I'm at the gym and immerse myself in the game on sport. I realized I've done more than I expected too but when I see the news I get so discourage. News in the gym isn't the time or place for it. If someone needs the new let them listen to it on their phones. Other than that this planet fitness Rocks. I love my gym

I enjoy working out there! They have so many different exercise equipment. They keep the ladies locker room & bathroom clean as well as the areas around the exercise equipment. There's always paper towels & disinfectant available. They have a great staff!

Nygel was very rude , very hot place, i don't think the AC was working

The spaces in this gym are usually clean and the equipment is always readily available. The staff at the time I go which is after midnight are very professional, kind, and helpful. They’re always willing to help if you are struggling with a particular piece of equipment. Even the other gym patrons at that time are kind and mind their business. This is my favorite location to come to. I’m glad it’s a 24 hour location.

Good equipment. Clean. Friendly, welcoming staff. Smaller gym area wise so quarters can be tight during busier hours, but overall a great gym.

Well maintained and clean fitness center. It becomes crowded during peak hours and difficult to get certain equipment but overall experience is good. The new layout is not very efficient and some parts of the centre becomes really busy and some parts are empty.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep the front doors open for a few hours throughout the day. Every time I come there the air is stale and has a weird smell. The ventilation system does not suffice. Between the steam of the showers, the dirt and debris from people, and the closed off space I literally get sick in there. I am glad I have the black card because I had to start going to other gyms. I think they all have this problem which is why I bounce around often.

I really don't need to see the national and world news shows on esp fox which I have noticed on several occasions is bigoted to people of color. I know we all have our biases but if you could turn off fox (and maybe CNN too) and maybe turn on something non political. I am there just to focus on my mental and physical health.

Gym is spacious and clean with many options. One of the only downsides is that a few of the kids that manage the reception/entrance area on the weekends play loud, obnoxious heavy metal/shock metal music full of obscenities gymwide for hours on end. They usually do this when no manager is around. They tell you that you have to download an app to request different (more gym appropriate) music. Other than that, decent gym.

Great experience, clean facility and bathrooms. The equipment is always working properly. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I'm not mad at this gym at all.

Spacious, accommodating and clean. Plenty for beginners and those with experience. Humble, non judgemental atmosphere creates inclusion and acceptance of all people. The "black card" is something I highly recommended as it provides flexibility of location, guest passes daily and access to tanning as well as massage chairs. The basic package is just $10.00 per month which makes Planet Fitness economically viable on any budget. One or more trainers on duty at all times to aid and provide guidance.

Way bigger than it looks from outside. They had a few machines that other PF's didn't have. Shower areas were clean and fairly spacious. Water was toasty hot. Tons of parking, good overall experience.

I had a workout program, and one of the staff members helped and showed me around how to use the cable to achieve each of the exercises I wanted to do. He went above and beyond. Thank you.

Very well kept. Feel welcome when entering. I enjoy my workout and enjoy the cooking shows on the TV 😊 while working out.

I like that I can lock up my belongings. I like that there are a ton of treadmills and elliptical machines. The bathrooms are clean, and there are always plenty of paper towels and spray to wipe down the machines. The people at the desk greet me when I walk in and wish me a good day when I leave. I also like that there is a bucket of Tootsie Rolls on the front desk. It helps me when I leave if my blood sugar is low after my workout. I wish there were more stair masters, but other than that, I am VERY pleased with my experiences at Planet Fitness.

I thought this gym was open 24-7. Unfortunately when I showed up at 12 am the shopping center lights were all off. As well as the sign for planet fitness was off and It seemed to me all the lights were off inside. I don't know why it still says open 24-7 on Google, let alone says it was updated 8 weeks ago. This is extremely mis leading and would appreciate if the company actually puts correct hours on Google. I drove out 20 minutes to find out your web site is not correct. I am actually very disappointed with this because that's why I bought the gym membership in the first place, because of the 24-7 availability.

I found everything that I needed and some that I didn't expect. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Very easy to scan in and receive warm greetings. Clean environment with lots of accessible equipment.

Great place to do cardio. If they can get people to stop looking at their phone between sets, it would a great workout spot.

Very clean, and rarely over crowded. Equipment is well kept and top notch. I have only been attending this gym for a short period of time, but so far so good.

Mny problem with this gym is machines were broke, weight plates in all the wrong places. The locker room and bathroom was clean though

Had a great as t team to work with. My trainer was so patient and nice. He was so excellent in what he does.

I forgot my water bottle last night when I went to Planet Fitness. I grabbed a small bottle from the case and took it to the counter to pay for it. The guy looked up my account and said my card was not active. Oops, I forgot that I had to replace my lost ATM card and hadn’t updated my PF account with my new card. But I don’t take my wallet to the gym with me, only a few bucks in case I need something. So I handed him $2 and he said “We don’t take cash because of covid.” Now the connection between cash and covid is a whole other topic (is covid transmitted by cash because I thought it was via respiratory droplets). Anyway, he would not accept my cash even after I pointed out that it SAYS on the dollar bill “Legal tender for all debts public and private.” I asked him “Are you going to make me go home to get my water bottle or are you going to take my cash?” He said there was nothing he could do (although good customer service to a black card member would be to GIVE them a bottle of water just this ONCE). The manager literally let me walk out last night over a 16 oz bottle of freaking water!!! WOW!! Furthermore, I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for a business to refuse legal tender in the United States. Bye Planet Fitness. I do not support bad customer service nor do I support any business that refuses cash.

I would love to give a 5 star review because I love this GYm Up until my husband was denied to use the Hydro bed with me. That’s our thing and we enjoy after a hard workout. I spend 300$ a year for my husband and I to work out here not including the yearly Fee. He is always and only my guest. It’s disappointing that he can’t use the Hydrobed with me. That’s how we bond and The gym Membership Actually Helped our Marriage grow. We look forward to that. I will be looking for a Gym Else where they will Respect and see the Black card Member Guest as a black card member as well as the Holder. I got the plan for US 25$ a month or down grade the memebership. For all that we could of both got the 99$ Deal plan and still made out and go to the Chiropractor to use the Hydro bed with less then the 300$!yearly Amount. I can say Great employees friendly and knowledgeable about the center No worries. I don’t need a reply stating to contact a manager The manager made the rule or the owner. I’m good b/c I know it won’t be a change. They was firm.

It’s nice to have somewhere to go in the middle of the night when I want to work my mind instead of my body. I had a nice corner with a desk and wall socket. Work completed! As a new member I’m utterly disappointed. I just signed up for a membership 3 days ago and was so excited for the classes I scheduled (that were available on the schedule they have listed on the site and in the app by the way) only to get all the way there for them to tell me the classes don’t exist because the trainers only work certain days. Ok, well WHY list them on the schedule for days that they’re not going to be there? Of course no one knows. I rearranged my schedule today and tomorrow to take classes that don’t exist so I essentially just wasted my time for nothing. This left such a bad taste in my mouth and I’m definitely canceling my membership
