This is government hospital. You can't expect something luxurious here. but as a common man i really liked the management and cleanliness. The staff is supportive. Each and every facility regarding your physical problem are here. Things i really appreciate. 1- Location of hospital 2- Near from Bus station 3- Doctors are nice. 4- Canteen 5- Cleanliness

There has been a proposal to obtain word bank aid for a nine-storey 2,000-bed building on the Ahmedabad Civil Hospital campus, increasing its capacity to 4,800 beds. Still common people are completely care less. I am sharing the pictures of it, where they don't bother about any kind of social distancing at all. Very quick and efficient services. Doctors, nurses are all polite. Very reasonable, affordable treatment for not so rich people. Case files are not handed over to patients, photographs were allowed to be taken.

2 days ago I went to Civil and I had a problem in my teeth. I thought that my dental treatment will be done but I wasted my time in Civil. Because there is no facility in the dental department. So I was asked to go to Ahmedabad Civil 😒

Amongst one of the giant hospitals. This is government hospital where all the treatment available at minimum cost or free of cost. General OPD, pediatrics, orthopedic, eye care, ENT, T B, HIV, and many more available here. Case fees only Rs 5, free for senior citizens seperate window for senior citizens. Free medicines available. Hospital cleanliness very nice. Lifts also available. Doctors and supportive staffs are very Cooperative with patients. Timings are very fix in morning 9 - 12 & 3 - 4:30pm.

Civil hospital is situated at the heart of gandhinagar just opposite to bus stand/pathika and it is also associated with gmers medical college. It is a tertiary care teaching hospital at which all specialist department is there where patients are being treated and students are being educated.

First of all you will have to wait in a long queue to register yourself then again to meet the doctor ... A lot of people come there from far away places ... Facilities are average.. for common illness ... It is the best place to get medicines... All you need is 5 Rs for registration Most of the medicine hospital provides

Worst experience ever. Government should teach the junior doctors responsiveness as well as sensitiveness towards senior citizens. Got misbehaved from opthalmology department, disappointingly not from any paramedical or nurse/compounder but from junior doctors. 👎

Civil hospital gandhinagar worst place for patient Whenever pateint needs icu not a single bed avilable and this thing happen every time For saying this its a big hospital of capital of gujarat but when we see the capibality of this hospital it is poor . I worked here as senior resident in surgery department i felt it most of the time. I literllay feel very bad for patient who visit this institute for there better health and saving their lives but tjis is the worst place to come.

Today 25th August 2023 I visit with my wife to gyncologist opd in GMERS CIVIL HOSPITAL GANDHINAGAR Gujrat and We are waiting for the opd Dr from last 3 hrs but there are no response from the staff and Dr is not available on their opd time. Government is providing lots of facilities to the public but their' hospitals staff are misusing the facilities and sleeping inside the opd and keeping full Ac on. That's the reason people are paying money to private hospitals to get some extra care for their self. Gujrat govt needs to be strict on the civil hospital staff and Dr they are not taking care of the patient they are Just enjoying their govt job.

went there to get an injury checked out, there was absolutely no one to guide you whatsoever. the staff seemed uneducated on how to talk to a patient or for that matter a human being. The resident that was checking my injury said and i quote "jaldi karo vela nahi hu mai". I mean if this is how they talk I am sorry for the training they get.

Large number of people visited daily here. Staff and Doctors are friendly and supportive in most of the cases. However cleanliness and patient management system can be improved.

Urinal and blood pouch The patient's relatives have to empty because I have emptied myself and said that the cleaning staff sleeps at night and extorts money from people during the day because their salary is 230 rupees.

My dad was serious at his last night ( in ventilator) and whole staff was sleeping in ICU. I was allowed in, ICU. They have theire sleeping facility and nursing staff was slept in floor..

The hospital has been renovated and now has cleaner rooms and better facilities. it has an Emergency ward open 24 hours. It also has isolated ward for COVID - 19 patients. They also have token system for patients and a waiting area with display screen for token number to be displayed. They charges for a person per case is only Rs. 5

Govt hospital. Once district hospital now medical College is also there . Good service with all specialities . OPD and Indore service available..parking place is also available . Good clean .

Civil hospital gandhinagar is now cloudy. But people make distance. And the security staff will be also nicely maintaine people lane and everything. Overall now civil hospital is clean and good for treatment.

I had an accident and my right leg bone was broken, due to which I was admitted to GMERS Hospital Gandhinagar, what to tell about the hospital, everyone from doctor to nurse treated me like a family member, after I was admitted for operation And till discharge, I did not have any problem. I would specially like to thank all those doctors who were taking care of me like a family member during the operation , Dr. Suril, Dr.Chintan, Dr. Sachin, Dr.Dhara, Dr.Nidhi, Dr, Dhrishti, Dr. Khushi, Dr. Kenil. I would like to thank all these doctors very much, apart from this, the nurse staff, including Nikita, Komal, and the students who are coming to learn nursing and GNM, they are also very talented and have the spirit to learn quickly. The students also treated me very well, I express my gratitude to all of them. It is my request to the people that those who believe that treatment is not done properly in government hospitals, I would like to tell them from my experience that success is achieved only by having faith.
