The doctor I saw today, he doesn't know how to treat patient, a Chinese guy am not happy with the treatment I received today. Instead of listening to why I came he is the one who finish my sentences and I was there only 2 minutes. He did not even gave a chance of telling him. I have acute pain on my stomach and serious headache, my body is painful but he just said it's flu. I asked for pain injection cause I can't sleep he refused and gave still pain. Please treat people the way you treat their money. Am not happy and I wouldn't refer anyone to your practice it's disgusting. Mind you am partly deaf asking him to remove mask so I can read his lips and like am talking nonsense. Am very disappointed and am sick I don't know why I came there if I knew I was not going to get help. 😡💔

Kanti what is the point of me calling a week before to make an appointment for 11am… when I get here people who didn’t book are attended before me simply because they arrived first…. Remind me the meaning of making an appointment please!!!!! I would understand if they attend them because I’m not here, I was here on time for my 11am booking. It is now 11:48 and I’m still here…. This is such an inconvenience shame!!!

The service at this branch is quite horrible.I called 2 hours before arriving. When I got there I had to wait in the queue, and then they skipped my name in the queue I had to go ask why they not calling my name. I then eventually got assisted for a Pap smear and the nurse was annoyed because she told me that she had already knocked off.I opted for a female nurse because I assumed that I would feel at ease but that was not the case. She made me feel so uncomfortable and asked why Im scared because I have a child. That is not how you speak to patients.

Take my star as void. Took my son to get checked he had a cold and I asked the so called doc to check on his eyes too because the color wasn't seeming good. She just illuminated his mouth 2 mins we were out. Thought it was just a nurse we were yet to see the doctor. Boom were told to sit on the chairs next we called for payments. Was left amazed. I expected to be told what was wrong with him and stuff and expected doc to communicate with the child since he can talk. 3 stars for their effectiveness and efficiency. Just arrived around 07h30 am and there was about seven visitors before me. The doors was opened at about 07h50 approx and at 09h00 I was on my way home. I like their idea of having a chemist/dispensery in their premises rather than traveling looking for a place to buy medication.

I was at the Kempton Park for a Dr's follow up 05/10/2023, the dark lady with a short hair called my name, as I stood in front of her an old colleague walked in to greet them( she is now based in Pretoria) overheard their conversation because I was right there, instead of helping me she was instead talking and catching up with this old colleague. Such service is disheartening because we also have jobs we need to go back to, we don't go to the Dr because we are bored and we are in the mood to blow our medical aid funds. The lady who wore the "welcome" sech is a breath of fresh air.
