Very
friendly
at
face
value.
Made
an
appointment
and
got
no
appointment
confirmation.
Tried
communicating
with
them
and
despite
multiple
efforts
to
resolve
the
matter,
I
was
eventually
told
to
find
other
means
of
help
unless
I
pay
extra
for
an
appointment
that
was
never
confirmed.
I
initially
wrote
a
summary
review
of
my
experience
because
I
honestly
did
not
want
to
write
a
novel
however
the
response
I
got
has
necessitates
that
I
do.
First
of
all,
I
explained
to
3
different
people
that
I
did
not
get
any
confirmation.
In
my
first
interaction
I
expressed
that
myself
and
a
partner
would
be
the
one's
pursuing
the
service.
I
was
told
that
the
initiator
of
the
service
would
need
to
be
contacted
for
the
initial
appointment
and
was
further
asked
to
produce
her
details.
I
did
exactly
that
and
never
heard
from
the
centre
again.
According
to
my
understanding
that
made
sense
because
the
centre
was
in
direct
communication
with
my
partner
who
does
not
live
with
me.
A
few
days
after
what
I
assumed
was
the
appointment
date
I
got
in
contact
with
my
partner
who
told
me
that
she
did
not
receive
confirmation
and
that
infact
all
the
digital
contact
that
she
had
received
from
the
centre
had
vanished
from
her
phone.
This
then
led
to
her
accusing
me
of
arranging
scammers
which
obviously
put
further
strain
on
the
already
stained
relationship.
I
resolved
to
do
the
logical
thing
which
is
to
call
the
centre
and
find
out
what
happened.
I
was
told
that
they
had
contacted
her.
I
then
explained
that
she
says
she
did
not
receive
any
confirmation.
I
was
told
that
even
though
I
was
the
one
who
booked
the
appointment,
the
initiator
is
the
only
one
who
receives
the
confirmation
and
that
there
was
no
need
to
contact
me.
I
explained
that
she
says
she
did
not
receive
any
confirmation
either.
I
was
then
told
that
I
would
need
to
make
another
appointment
and
make
a
payment
prior
to
my
next
appointment.
I
then
explained
that
I
live
in
COJ
plot
lands
which
are
literally
physically
IN
MIDRAND
yet
not
in
walking
distance
of
commercial
facilities.
I
further
explained
that
I
only
have
cash
on
me
and
would
not
be
able
to
send
any
form
of
electronic
transfer
because
any
bank
would
be
FURTHER
from
me
than
the
actual
centre.
Eventually
I
suggested
that
I
will
make
the
sacrifice
of
coming
to
make
the
payment
in
person
provided
that
I
can
get
the
appointment
on
the
same
day
because
I
can
not
travel
inland
and
back
to
the
plots
multiple
times.
I
don't
know
what
other
language
to
use
to
express
that
they
are
physically
the
closest
help
to
me!
That's
when
I
was
told
to
seek
help
elsewhere.
I
mean
I
get
they
want
to
be
paid
prior
and
I
was
willing
to
arrive
4+
hours
to
make
that
payment
provided
the
appointment
would
be
on
the
same
day.
I
sincerely
appreciate
the
kind
worded
response
but
I
don't
see
how
the
doors
are
open
to
me
anytime
when
I
told
the
centre
I
am
willing
to
arrive
early
to
make
the
payment
and
book
the
appointment
then
sit
there
all
day
until
the
appointment
time
to
ensure
that
the
prior
misunderstanding
(which
I
also
can
not
attest
to
as
I
was
not
directly
contacted)
does
not
occur
provided
I
can
make
the
appointment
on
the
same
day
I
make
the
payment
and
was
still
told
to
find
help
somewhere
else
which
essentially
means
somewhere
further.
