I have been a patient of Dr Shaz for over 2+ years and I can honestly say that he is the best and only doctor I will see. I've found him to be the most polite, caring, informative and thorough doctor that I have ever had. I don't feel rushed and I feel like a person rather than a number. He doesn't just brush you off, he actually listens to you which I think is hugely important. He is also very good with my children and my oldest is always excited to see him. The centre is always clean and well presented. The receptionists are always friendly. Overall one of the best medical centres I have been to.

We have been going to Boon Medical Centre since it opened and we love the friendly team there. The doctors are so knowledgeable and well-connected, and the reception staff are just lovely. I was so well looked after during my pregnancy and my little bubba is well looked after now. I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a wonderful GP centre.

Dr Cezar is so kind, caring and patient; especially with children. My kids use to be scared to go to the doctors and since going to see Dr Cezar they are not scared anymore! He goes above and beyond in every way possible. All the staff at Boon Health Centre are fabulous and provide amazing care!

I have enjoyed optimal health since I commenced consulting with the doctors at Boon Health Centre (BHC) three and half years ago. Needless to say, Dr Teh, who I have seen regularly over this period and Dr Boon, on occasions, are highly skilled and knowledgeable medical professionals. Dr Teh is soft-spoken, pleasant, inspiring and a persuasive (in the most positive way) and respectful communicator. Above all, he is a gifted physician, forward thinking and meticulous in all matters of medical advice and guidance. No review of the services of BHC to patients is complete without a mention of its outstanding administrative team. Cynthia, Jodie and Emily of this team are as highly competent, professional and organised as they are caring and understanding.

I cannot recommend any other GP practice besides the Boon Health Centre. I’ve been a patient for a few years and already they’ve surpassed any other long term GP I’ve had in the past. You are not just another number, you are a patient cared for with the utmost respect. The clinic is clean, modern and calming. The doctors are professional, caring and hard working. Lastly, the reception/admin staff that run this practice are superhero’s. They are the face, the backbone and the heart to this place. I am 62 and have been a patient of Boon Health for several years now. I moved to Canberra 18 months ago but still use Boon Health for all of my health needs. Dr. Boon is my personal Doctor, I cannot praise his work highly enough, he always gives you his full attention and is so thorough in his diagnosis and treatments. I have introduced him to my family and friends and everyone feels the same once they have been treated by him. I have been seeing Dr Boon for 7 years, he is always professional, caring, & helpful throughout every visit & easy to talk to. I have also seen Dr Caesar & Dr Teh they are professional, courteous, helpful and easy to talk to as well. All the Doctors there are excellent I would recommend them all. I have knowing Cynthia & Jodie for 7 years as well, they always treat you with a smile & hello how can I help you, no matter how busy they get. Emily is always smiling, caring & is pleasant, she always ask how the boys are. That’s why I followed Dr Boon & the staff from Engadine to Sutherland to Boon Health Centre. The nurses who do the blood make u feel at ease. I would like to thank you all for everything you do for us thanks Jen, Tony & the boys.

I wouldn’t recommend Dr Jane. I went in to ask for help with my feet, pain and weight gain due to menopause. My first appointment she did order general blood tests. On my follow up appointment I was told to “eat less fried foods”, which I don’t!! And exerciser for at least 30 minutes a day to lose weight, which I find difficult due to severe pain in my feet from Plantar fasciitis. After breaking down in tears she then suggested Cortisol and a Physiotherapist. I accepted the cortisol but explained I am happy seeing my Osteopath. Dr Jane told me and I will quote “you can still see your Osteopath but as a western Dr, we don’t speak the same language”. So that was basically the end of the appointment! No empathy, no suggestion of follow up, no help with how to manage Menopause, no help with the pain in my right foot, no referral or check of my skin even though I have have had melanoma. I won’t ever go back and definitely will tell my family and friends not to see Dr Jane

Boon Health Centre is nothing short of impressive with all their staff. Doctors and team including nurses, front desk and management are notably highly professional, qualified and skilful. This is not just a medical centre, this is a practice which surpasses any expectation. I regularly see Dr Shaz who treats myself and my family members in person and via Telehealth, with absolute thoroughness and kindness. I have also in his absence had two other doctors attend to my health who were likewise fantastic. Front desk always professional and go above and beyond to helping in any way to accomodate myself and family. Boon Health Centre is the only medical practice I would recommend to anyone for anything minor or major. Thank you.
