The worst KFC food ever had. Cold cold cold food, the hardest chicken, ordered 6 couldn't even eat 1, the uncooked chips, slider and twister bread not even warm, severe cold!

Worst slider and snkpck i ever had. I ordered for extra lettuce in slider but there was no lettuce on slider. Kentucky snkpck was very less. Chips and popcorn was not fresh as well. Looked like it was dropped 1hours ago. I am highly dissatisfied with this service.

I love KFC and the chicken offered was up to the par. The service however, could have been much better, as we had to wait fair a bit to receive our order. The atmosphere would have been much better if the bins had been emptied on time.

Unfortunately, there aren't words, An absolute unprofessional service. Everyone makes mistakes but when a Staff laughs and jokes is highly unprofessional. NO ATTENTION for what they are doing. And this is not the first time. I paid more for less. Never again I will use the KFC Drive through. Never again I will go to KFC I do not recommend it

We ordered food catering from here from my office. Lunch and food was amazing. Everything came home and service was wonderful. Everybody was friendly and helpful even assist me to the car with carrying the boxed. Wonderfull service and they were perfectly on time as well

Consistent experience, unsurprisingly there's always at least 1-2 drier pieces of chicken when ordering. Which is okay if you order sauce, but can be a little disappointing. Always check your order before you go, last visit we had our nuggets missing. But no issue when you go back in to collect. It's just a pain if you find out once you have arrived home. Rockdale location looks clean, I'll be back :)

I ordered zinger box and you gave me two small chicken nuggets ?! Seriously?

I got served by Shaik the RM and he was very rude and impatient to me. Further more, I have to wait 30 mins for some original chicken because he did not manage his staff well enough. When I receive the meal, he just dropped it in front of my face with an angry attitude. Very poor service…

The last 3 times, not once has there not been a issue with my food/ order. Missing/ wrong items, under cooked nuggets are what we have experienced recently. If you are craving dirty bird, find another KFC in the area.

This KFC is one of the best halal joints in Sydney. Excellent service from staff and the food comes promptly too. Highly recommend if your in the banksia area.
