The massage experience itself was great and I would have loved to leave a 5 star review but the experience before and after the massage is severely lacking and not something I expected from a Hilton spa. The spa shares a corridor and unfortunately also shares change rooms with a public gym - think bright fluorescent lights, sweaty gym people next to you in the change rooms while you get ready for your 'relaxing' massage. My partner had the unfortunate experience of changing into his massage robe next to a naked old man who'd just come back from the gym... The reception area at the spa is also tiny and there's nothing relaxing about it. I think a spa experience starts from the moment you walk inside and if Hilton could fix this and have a separate entrance and separate change rooms (with low lights, music etc) it would honestly make a huge difference. So if you're after a relaxing day of pampering I'd go somewhere else.

Deceptive advertising. This “day spa” is not located in the Hilton. Its next to a fitness first gym and facilities are shared with sweaty gym patrons. With the price their charging, they should be upfront. Booked a package for friends birthday. All they could hear in the massage rooms was the clanging and throwing of weights. DO NOT GO HERE. There are much better day spas in Sydney that are not attached to a gym.

Had a voucher gifted to me for a couples massage and body brush with high tea. When we arrived, we found the spa to be in a Fitness First gym??? For a 5 star hotel (and the price), I expected a higher-end experience than walking through a run of the mill gym with, frankly, run-down facilities. Steam Room wasn't working, sauna was out of order. There was black mould growing in the ceiling of the swimming pool, and the changing facilities weren't clean. We enjoyed our massage, however one of the therapists kept stopping to loudly drink water, which ruined the experience. We had to ask for the body brush, which seemed to be a burden to the therapists. Our high tea experience was a joke. Again, expected a luxe experience given the price and location, and was brought to the lobby coffee shop. I had requested a vegetarian high tea, and was given chicken, lobster, etc. When this was brought to the attention of the staff, she replied angrily with "No, you need to have ordered it, and I'm very busy. The chef has gone home". When I suggested she check with the spa, whom I had booked the experience with (with dietary request in writing I may add), she brushed it off and offered a sandwich from the regular menu. The rest of the high tea had clearly been sitting for quite some time, and was dry, and very average. Frankly, we couldn't wait to leave. A disappointing end to a VERY lacklustre experience. Avoid.

We had a lovely time at this well being place’ it should be called a spa because the spa facility’s is actually next door at the fitness first gym with spa, steam and jacuzzi and pool but sharing with with there customers and lighting is super bright not the normal spa setting lights dimmed and slight music on. That’s one reason it lost a star from us… The massage itself we have body brush and Swedish massage with oil and it was amazing great pressure and felt so good I was that relaxed I fell asleep for little… my mate who was pregnant said her massage was also amazing suited for her. The only feedback I had was that the massage girls was walking around the room a lot which I’m guess is to get more oil, me being a massage therapist as well I have a small oil pump with me as I always say you should never release touch of the customer when doing massage, they also sometimes left the room during massage. Getting the small oil pump will minimise walking around and leaving customer. That’s another reason they lost a star.. We had major issues with parking in the Hilton there receptionist in the morning said that they will sort parking out which means they would have give us a day pass, once we parked up and checked in they said it was $60 for the 4 hrs haha what a joke! We asked to leave parking and booked the parking next door at Wilson’s where it was half the price. $30

Had a disappointing experience & expected more especially given the price and association with Hilton. We had the couples spa & high tea package for our wedding anniversary. The massage was located right next door to fitness first - you can literally smell the sweat on your way to the location, it’s definitely not high class. Massage was lackluster. The ‘facilities’ available are also all part of fitness first. Showers were gross and cheapens the whole experience. Not a fan of the high tea either, it’s at the cafe on the lobby. Hardly what any of us were expecting, feeling ripped off and mislead by the whole experience. I’ve had better for a lot cheaper !!! I would definitely avoid in future!

I booked a couples package for my husband and I for an early Xmas present. It was an hour full body massage & an hour facial. Alfonso on reception was so friendly & welcoming. The lovely beauty therapists worked there magic. We totally loved our 2 hours of bliss. Well worth the money & the staff were very accommodating. We will definitely go back. I recommend going after a morning of shopping in the city as your feet will thank you. We also had afternoon tea upstairs in the Hilton Hotel after our wonderful spa experience

Wow and Amazing!! I booked with Alysium for a personal spa treatment. Oh I must admit, I was approached by one amazing masseuse named Anita. She was gentle and firm upon request. Highly recommended for anyone who wishes to do some personal therapy with her. The overall premesis was very clean and tidy, and definitely I would go again next week!

Just wow. My parents and I had the most amazing experience with Alysium spa. We felt very relaxed and pampered by the end of our massage/facial. Not to mention, my skin has never felt so amazing and glowy! Would definitely fly back just for this facial. Thank you Alysium Spa!

One of the best Aromatherapy massage I have ever had in Sydney. Very professional and flawless technique. My therapist was amazing! I’ll be coming back.

What a beautiful birthday surprise. The couples massage, & high tea were lovely. The facilities & massage amazing. What has surpassed my expectations was gorgeous Sarah, who was so helpful when I left my swimmers behind in change room. Highly recommend Elysium Spa a special experience.

$254 for a hens package EACH when the so called “day spa” is just a fitness first shared with gym patrons AND hotel members?? You know how disappointed the bride would be if we rocked up to her bachelorette party spa and it was in a FITNESS FIRST??

👍👍 The best massage in Sydney we have with my husband, I can say they are well trained. The amount of pressure from start to end is consistent. They really listen which part you need more focus.
