I am the mother of four boys and I have been a patient of Dr Don Wilton since I fell pregnant with my first son 30 years ago. I can say without exaggeration that Dr Wilton is the best doctor, including specialists, I have every encountered. His deep learning and vast experience on every issue imaginable from paediatrics to geriatrics is extraordinary and only surpassed by the genuine care he has for his patients. The only criticism I have is of the office manageress of Nuvo Health Neutral Bay, which has taken over the practice, who like a factory foreman, snaps at Dr Wilton for running late. She has no interest or idea that Dr Wilton embodies the true meaning of health care where he gives every patient whatever time they need to feel they are being truly cared for -- physically and mentally. Dr Wilton is the gold standard for medical practitioners and Nuvo Health seems only interested in the gold they can mine from him.

A week ago I went into this ‘medical centre’ to access the pathology. The asian girl on reception said ‘take a number’, I explained I’d prefer not to as people who are unwell would have been picking up & putting back these numbers all day & I have a rare auto-immune disease & am immuno compromised .. plus I was the only person in the waiting room. The asian receptionist starts laughing out loud as if I’d told a joke?! She then asked maybe three more times ‘seriously, what?’ whilst still laughing. The older blonde receptionist then said ‘she’d never heard anything like this before .. even during covid!’ & they both looked at each other & then me as if I was crazy. I then said to the asian receptionist that I didn’t appreciate her laughing at me & making fun of me for following my gp & specialist’s medical orders & to this she said ‘oh sawwrry’ like a petulant teenager? I was completely taken aback that any staff of any medical facility would behave in such a way. I walked out in disgust & told them they should be ashamed of themselves for the way they ridiculed me. I’m 60 years old & have struggled with this illness for almost 20 years now & my keeping safe is funny to them? I’ll be reporting this practice to the relevant authorities & I’ll also be warning everyone as I’m a long term local.

I visited Nuvo Health Medical Centre today for the first time. I was very impressed with the care and the kindness of the staff at the front desk. the practice is very clean, the stuff were very kind, very welcoming at the front desk and made me feel cared for. I didn’t even wait I was in right away which is rare at medical centers.Dr Brian was very informative, patient and attentive to my needs .. He explained thoroughly . I would recommend Nuvo Health for their professionalism and care.

I feel a renewed faith in the human race - and the medical profession - after being led to this surgery by a very kind stranger, with a little crisis on my hands. The welcome at the centre already was warm and reassuring. The receptionist's manner was caring, accommodating and professional. As to Dr Wilton, he didn't flinch at making time for me, with the gentlest manner one can imagine ... for an unknown walk-in at going home time that is. Let me say, I left there feeling like a different person, having been attended to with such kindness and readiness. And knowing I was in the right hands for other medical issues. Thank you.

I have been coming to this practice for many, many years and consistently have a good experience. Friendly, helpful and efficient reception, comfortable waiting area and, of course, a fabulous doctor (who always runs to time!). Thanks Dr Geoff!

I saw doctor Ng for the first time today he absolutely is caring and listened to me and took time to look at my history I am so glad he was willing to take me on as a patient and work with my surgeons and he referred me off to a private pain team, I went in with so much pain and for the first time in weeks I am comfortable tonight thank you Dr Ng Kind regards Aimee Kwu

The newly refurbished facility at Neutral bay is bright and refreshing. It is appealing and promotes a relaxed atmosphere. The Staff are very helpful, accommodating and cheerful. They seem to manage incoming calls and seated patients without stress. Behind this of course are the Doctors. I've had a long standing relationship with Dr. Don Wilton for a few decades now and he has 'walked me through' and has given clear advice on my medical needs. I actually see this in the Doctors that are in this practice. Trust and confidence in these professionals is certainly good medicine.
