All staff here were efficient and friendly, and the reminder text messages for the appointment was appreciated. Dr Van was extremely thorough in his approach, and provided a range of recommendations that showed a genuine care for his patients. His explanation and interpretation of medical results was clear and informative.

My mother and I have been going to this surgery for many years. The staff are always very professional. Appointments are generally on time and when this is not possible the waiting times are usually minimal. My mother is 89 and she has a positive and caring relationship with doctor Jean (Ji Eun) Hwang. My own doctor, Mary-Ann Lau is very professional and very thorough. This clinic has clearly made patient care and respect a key priority.

Dr Anita is very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and professional gives the right advice, shows geniue concern and gets to the root of the problems. And is my first go to Dr for my whole family from more than a decade. Glad we found her!🙏 My children love and respect her advice always 😊.

Doctor Ji was very engaging and attentive to my needs. This medical centre also has a nurse who changed my dressing from my recent surgery. The nurse was friendly and gentle.

Appointment was for a vaccine I saw Dr Benjamin Van he was very knowledgeable and professional explained the process in easy to understand terms the nurse who gave the injections was friendly helpful and calming (I don’t like needles) waiting time was short so overall experience was excellent

Whilst the doctor was pleasant and helpful, the cleanliness of this place is appalling. There are stains that look like blood all over the floor in the waiting area and up the hall. In addition, every time I have been - more than 5 occasions - there has been a swarm of little flies in the waiting room. Extremely offputting.
