I can not credit the team enough for the efforts they consistently provide for my daughter. She has been with the team for as long as it has been opened and with Helen for longer. After trying numerous places, finding whole family health has been a god send as I have seen massive improvement in her speech, physical performance, and fine motor skills. keep up the great work!!! We will be forever loyal customers 👍

Didn't have a terrible experience, but not a great one either. They treated my dog well in fitting her for a wheelchair and overall came off as very nice people. However there are a couple of things that should be addressed. I had a tentative booking for 11am on Saturday, which meant that if the cart arrived on time (which it did) I would bring my dog in at that time. I confirmed with them on the day the booking was made that this is what would happen. However, on Thursday before that Saturday, I received a text message asking if 2.15pm Saturday was okay. I asked if 11am didn't work anymore, and received no response. I called them on the Friday to learn that they had changed my appointment to 2.15 without confirming with me. I had family plans that evening which meant I was forced to be at least an hour late because of the lack of communication. I should add that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy but apparently it's okay for them to change appointment times with less than 48 hours notice (or none in my case). Further to add that their cancellation policy is strict. I woke up with dizzy spells and lightheadedness and could not safely make the 30km drive to their facility for another appointment that was made. Unfortunately I still had to pay the $120 fee for the consultation I missed. Overall I'm thankful for their help with my dog, but my experience tells me the 30km drive is not worth it and will look for a closer alternative. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I did in fact pay the cancellation fee. I have the receipt. I think the review is fair given the major inconvenience due to the lack of communication. Further, while I'm grateful that they didn't charge 'extra fees' for 'extra time and staff', this is my FIRST TIME hearing that these fees existed in the first place.

My Miniature Poodle Holly busted a ligament in her shoulder, the vet suggested euthenaiser, I took her to Helen for physiotherapy, and she lived another 3 years. They have also been treating my current miniature Poodle, who competes in agility, and have been able to tailor a program aimed at getting her back playing with her friends & competing in the sport she enjoys, whilst also agreeing with what the vet recommended. I also have a hidden disability, which they are aware of, and they do not treat me any differently as a result. If they were closer to home, I would happily go there for myself as well as my dogs.

Excellent excellent excellent! My son has been attending just over a year and the results have been amazing. We started in lock down and to begin it was via zoom with the lovely Laura ( speech) who taught me so many ways to communicate with my son. Even though we could not come in it started a chain of events that has made communication with our little son much easier and always evolving. Then we have the OT staff rebecca and his current OT Joanna. Just absolutely fabulous lady’s with a passion for what they do and always making our son so comfortable. And who could forget Christine our current speech therapist 😊 She is patient and caring and explains everything and covers all our questions and worry’s with detail and compassion. The receptionists have all been very welcoming and informative and really pull the whole team together. You are all doing a wonderful job and am just blessed and grateful for my son to be apart of this centre now and hopefully for a long time to come.

I have all 3 of my children accessing a variety of professional services and can’t recommend them more highly. They have been incredibly understanding and supportive and adaptive to our situation. They have helped us access more support and funding from the NDIS and we can’t thank them enough. My kids have been making awesome progress since starting at whole family health and I can’t wait to see them grow more into the future

My son has been attending Psychology, OT and social skills groups for quite a while now and I have found all staff to be incredibly friendly and professional. They even held my son's NDIS review, to apply for extra funding, and helped to articulate exactly what he needed. An awesome place all round.

You need to open your BIG and EMPTY carpark to the general public accessing all the medical businesses in the area. The elderly and immobile find it very hard to find parking and are forced to walk long distances. Have some empathy for our local customers! Even if you charge a small amount!
