Twice didn’t get what I paid for. Asked to have my hair cut and parted on the side and get some layers done but stylist did not listen. Not happy with the haircut. Also, I haven’t got the results what I expect for. All of this was not worth the $250 I paid for keratin done. I saw no difference between my hairs before and after this. Worst result for keratin i have ever seen. I will never go back to this hairdresser. Very disappointed with the service.

I ventured I to Windsor today after a long week of work. Looking extremely scruffy and in desperate need of a haircut. I was not intending to have my hair cut at all as I am extremely reluctant to have my hair cut because I have had some shocking experiences in other salons, mainly with the actual cutting of my hair. So, I bravely entered the salon at Windsor. My experience began with the best shampoo I have ever had and I soon relaxed. Oh my god! I'm sure I'll go back just to get my hair washed. The time spent, to ensure my hair was washed well and conditioned before my cut was immensely appreciated. My hair is hard to cut because the texture and curl mean that it needs to be cut according to my hair type and not many hair salons have this understanding. The hairdresser intuitively and skilfully applied her expertise and I'm extremely happy results. Super happy!! The staff were so friendly and I felt immediately relaxed so much that I almost fell asleep in the chair. This is testament to the fact that I knew I was in good hands and did not need to be on high alert or to worry that they would 'wreck' my hair, like other places have down many many times before. I've read the reviews on here, and the salon at Windsor is fresh and clean. I valued the time and care given to me today and cannot thank Holly and Jamie-Lee enough!!!!

I never leave reviews but I think this one really needs one. From the moment I walk in the door, I feel so Valued. I will explain what I want, and with out a doubt she turns my mummy bun, into a work of art. She keeps the conversation flowing. And giving me that time out I need from work and my kids. I asked for something like a lob. But the lady gave me layers and cut it so small. I look so bad right now. I just want to cry every time i look in the mirror. You ruined my haircut. I asked for something else and she had to add layers to it. I can't even look at myself. I feel so ugly. Its so difficult to look at myself. Its just so short with all these ugly layers. Thanks alot.

Many thanks to Rochelle, she was amazing I suffer from psoriatic arthritis, when seeing her today I was in the middle of a major flare up, I could barely walk let alone wash my own hair. She was so understanding, kind and gentle with consideration that even the slightest movement that caused pain she would ensure of my comfort. I had to have my heat pack with me to ease the pain she didn’t hesitate to allow me to use their staff microwave when needed. I would highly recommend to anyone. And will definitely use their services again Thank you Rochelle 🙏🏻

Walked in at 7.10pm today. Counter says “no appointment necessary” One customer getting her hair done. No one waiting, got told by the girl on the register that they couldn’t give me a haircut because they close at 8pm and had another appointment before they close. Business must be great at this place. Just lost a customer for life. Word will soon get around about this place. 👎

Didn’t get what I paid for!!! Told the stylist that I was pregnant and she still gave me a ruff head shampoo. Asked to have my hair cut and parted on the side..... stylist did not listen. And to top it off I asked to have my hair straightened she just blow dryer my hair, by the time I got home I looked like I had my fingers in a power point, had to get out my own hair straightener and finish the job myself. All of this was not worth the $79 I paid. I will never go back to this hairdressers, and will tell as many people as I can about my experience, so no one else gets ripped off.

They cut my 15yo daughters hair crooked and didn't listen when she said she has curly hair and wants it shoulder length when dry. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone i could have done a better job with a pair of tin snips 😠
