Compared with the Crown Tower Sydney, Capella Sydney might lack of the eye popping luxurious decoration and design, it excels the latter with its excellent service and high quality amenities. The staffs are 100% professional, extremely nice without any attitude and super friendly. All the facilities are at the highest standard. It’s not a big hotel, but it has everything u can think of in a perfect way. The high tea experience in the famous Aperture is the highlight in this staycation. Capella Sydney is one of its kind, u shouldn’t miss it if u come to Sydney

Capella never let me down, if Capella is in the city I'm visiting, I will definitely stay there. The staff is so nice and welcoming and I mean every single one of them. I felt like home, the room is so comfortable and cozy, swimming pool is quiet and nice. The price is definitely worth every penny of it.

Stayed at Capella for an anniversary night, dining at both Brasserie 1930 and Aperture, and can say I was blown away by the service and the rooms. Although the hotel is small, all the facilities and ammenities were luxurious and all you would need. The staff were attentive and extremely friendly. Highly recommend their ‘stay three nights and save’ deal as one night was simply not enough.

Having Hi-tea in Aperture today and it was an amazing experience. The Meadow blooms so beautifully and the food for afternoon tea was exceptional. We requested for a dietary and the chef was so thoughtful to make a very nice food for us. Love the lobster roll and the tea infused tart so much. Also the service here was so good especially ms Yuri and ms Stephanie, they are very thoughtful and friendly. Loving the ambiance here so much, 5 stars!

An absolutely GEM in Sydney! Probably one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The detail and interiors is absolutely exquisite, everything so carefully curated, beautifully put together and you really feel like you are on holiday. The bed was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on and as you explore every corner, nook and room, corridors, stairs and so on you really can appreciate everything that is gone into making this hotel a place of residence. We have travelled all over the world and this was by far the most extraordinary place we have ever stayed. The only let down was the breakfast process. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and there was copious amounts of staff present but not attending to waiting guests. The choice of food was really disappointing and bland. If this can be corrected. Capella, you are something very special indeed! x

Our stay at Capella was gleaming. Intricate thought, quality and detail is present in each room and every space. The atmosphere and attentiveness at Capella is simply matchless. A special thank you to Kevin, who elevated our whole stay.

A friend and I just stayed at Capella for 3 nights last week and firstly …..WOW ! We have both stayed at many top Sydney and International hotels and the Capella in Sydney would have to be in the top 3 hotels in Sydney, if not the TOP hotel now ( it’s absolutely 5 stars and heading to 6 ) . It’s in a great spot to stay for shopping , visiting sites in Sydney and dining at amazing restaurants. The staff are beyond exceptional and I cannot say enough good things about every staff member we came across , from the Entrance , booking in area , Aperture Restaurant , breakfast buffet area , and the in house Lounge and lower level where you drop the car off etc …. BEST staff of any hotel I have stayed at , they are to be congratulated for their stylish attire and warm service. Then we have the Room : We stayed in a Corner Premier Room on Level 8 and we were both blown away with the huge size of the room and the spectacular view towards Macquarie Street and Sydney Harbour . The beds were extremely comfortable and the decor you could tell was curated beautifully for each room . We cannot say enough good things about the Capella. It’s a real find in a Sea of nice, but not outsrtandingly memorable Hotels in Sydney. Visit for a Stay, Dinner or a drink and you will not be disappointed. It’s exceptional !
