The best vegan Chinese food in Sydney. The prices are affordable but the service is on par with expensive restaurants. Just incredibly lovely people and on the ball with service. Big menu and affordable desserts. Yet to have a dish that I didn't like.

Exceptional customer service and wonderfully good food with great serving size. The complimentary chips and fruits are just a cherry on top. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, and the menu is extensive with a variety of vegan options to choose from. The Mee Goreng, curry puffs, and spring rolls are a definite must have.

The 2* is for what most people will give it 5* for. The service is so attentive and kind, you may think you're in a private hospital. But I'm sorry to say, the food is as disappointing as a eunuch on honeymoon. The dumplings are average and cold. The won ton wrapper used is the bog standard, not a home made dough. The filling as unexciting as a backbenchers press conference. The vegie dish looks the goods, but disappoints with an actually modest portion for the money, and a pool of what should have been drained before they plated. Even the greens, which are as easy to get right as a first grade maths test, are very poor...the thickest stems selected and undercooked... This is the food I love to eat, except not here. Did I mention the terrific service?

Plant-based Chinese food simple, tasty, cute restaurant, professional wait staff dressed in uniform, polite, friendly and very very clean. Best fried ice cream in Sydney. Great to see Chinese meat free!

Amazing vegan restaurant, highly recommend. The staff are SO pleasant and welcoming, everything is clean and the mock meats are great. Loved the Mongolian lamb in particular (but got too excited to take a picture) The satay chicken skewers were also great!

I normally am not one to leave reviews, but I just had to for Tian Ci! This is my new favourite restaurant. Since becoming vego I had missed Chinese food so much until I found Tian Ci! The customer service is fantastic, the staff are so friendly. We have been twice now and had it delivered once as well. The lemon 'chicken' is my absolute favourite food, I highly recommend it. Everything we have tried has been delicious and we can't wait to come back and try more. Definitely some of the best mock meats I have tried.

Absolutely first class vegan Chinese food. Very fresh veggies and healthy dishes. Fast and efficient service with free fruit and water. This place is very highly recommended and I will be back to try more.

Such an amazing find! All dishes are vegan and are very tasty. The portion sizes are plentiful and the staff are so friendly. I will definitely come back and try some other dishes. We got the peking "duck", san choy bow and the fried noodles. All great! I recommend making a booking as it gets quite busy. They also give you a few complimentary prawn crackers and some fruit and the end.

Ordered a number of meals for a team lunch. The food was tasty with good presentation. The quantity was great. Some of us are not vegans but we all love the food. It was truly impressive. Will definitely revisit the restaurant in the future.

The staff are lovely and welcoming. It's a simple small interior, great for a casual dinner with friends and family.

Lovely quaint vegan cantonese resto. Extensive menu of veggies, tofu, faux meats, rice and noodles, several good hot pots. Friendly service. Quick meal preparation. Nothing to complain about.

I did a quick search while in Sydney and thought would try this place. Amazing food with outstanding customer service. Some of the ladies doesn't speak English well but they are all very helpful and attentive. The mushroom deep fried is perfect. I will come back for sure 👍🙏

Exceptional service and all diners are treated really well. The food is good but the flavours are not as strong as I had expected. Still decent though. All in all a great place if you're a vegetarian to go for great service and fairly good food

Have been coming here for a while now, at times once or twice a week. The 35 min drive to get there, doesn’t stop us. We love these guys! Delicious food, wonderful service. Highly recommended

Surprisingly delicious food. Good choice varieties. A bit heavy on mock gluten vegan meat dishes. I recommend Taro fish, and Mock eel fish dish. Make sure if you are gluten sensitive ask if their noodles have rice noodles alternative. Some dishes uses peanut oil and the staff do remind and check with customers about nut related allergies but not all allergies. Don't assume, always ask and double check. Only took 10mins or so for a few dishes on a quiet afternoon. Fast and friendly. Staff also make sure you check in to NSW covid check in. And seats are disinfected inside. So very covid safe. Will come back again！

Serving delicious food at a really good value. I had their lunch menu and was satisfied by the end of the meal. Various choices from mock meats to vegetables as the star ingredients. Nutritionally fulfilling too. The restaurant is located a bit off the bustling part of Redfern, however it is still surrounded by other dining establishment (so, don't worry, it's easy to reach by public transport). The staffs were friendly and cheerful. They care about the animals and food they serve! Can't wait to go back! (Probably this weekend 😋)

I'm not very accustomed to Chinese food and taste but liked the tian Ci signature soup and stir fried rice noodles with three treasures. Was little bit overwhelmed by the big menu. Staff is very friendly and polite. 🙂 Got complimentary welcome crackers and fruits at the end. Might try some other dishes next time.

Absolutely delicious!! I am so regretful i did not order from this restaurant earlier. I have driven past it countless times on Cleveland street. I am so glad i finally ordered from there because EVERYTHING WAS SOOOO SO YUMMY i am sooo happy with what I ordered and everything came SOOO FAST. The portion sizes were generous and it came with a huge apple and a bag that were complimentary 🥺 so sweet!!! :) i cant believe how fast things came. Really helped my lockdown blues. Cant wait to order from them again yummy yummy yum thank you staff at tian ci vegan ❤️

We ordered the fried mushrooms and vegan duck with plum sauce. Both were absolutely delicious. The mushrooms will definitely be a staple for us from now on. It’s a wonderful vegan menu!

Really excellent Buddhist vegetarian food (no onion, garlic etc). It’s definitely the best in Sydney, way better than Mother Chu’s (small dishes, more expensive and not as tasty). Tian Ci has excellent variety, and does not taste greasy at all. Our weekly spot. Unfortunately it has been take-away only since June 2023 but we hope it’ll open for dine-in again soon. Service is also very friendly here! As a lifelong vegetarian, my whole family loves this place.

Stumbled upon this place tonight. Wow the food was incredible. A million out of 10. Hands down best vegan food in Sydney. Not to mention great prices and generous portions!
