My husband and I both ordered a mashed peas and potatoes meat pie. The filling looked funny....which was strange. What meat do you use? I feel extremely sick and have felt like vomiting all day after eating that pie. I haven't eaten anything today after that pie. I've never felt this sick after food. And yes my husband felt sick too although not as bad as me! 🤢

Ordered through their app, very fast and easy, get points too. The staff member so welcoming. Nice chilli dog. Harry’s Café de Wheels has proudly served customers for over 80 years, with the likes of Frank Sinatra, Sir Elton John and Prince Harry having been some of the many to sink their teeth into our iconic ‘Tiger’ pie. It all began with Harry “Tiger” Edwards, who’s frustrations in finding a good late-night snack, led him to open a caravan café near the front gates of Woolloomooloo naval dockyard in Sydney, Australia. He named it ‘Harry’s Café de Wheels’ - a rather bold gesture at the time to the local city council whose laws required him to move the caravan a minimum of 12 inches a day. His courage, and proven skills as a boxer, earned himself the nickname “Tiger” - a name passed down to his iconic pie - which is still served in its original location in Woolloomooloo, alongside a growing number of outlets across the globe including a growing fleet of caravan cafés (that move a“little” more than 12 inches a day). Harry’s strives to deliver a famously Australian experience with a unique Harry’s touch to every meal. Our products are made with care, and only with the best ingredients. In combination with tradition and innovation, the legacy of Harry’s lives on as it began with Harry ‘The TIGER’ Edwards over 80 years ago in Woolloomooloo, Australia. As the years have passed, Harry’s has become a ‘must’ for visiting celebrities. Harry’s has served up the likes of Frank Sinatra, Robert Mitchum, Marelene Dietrich, Kerry Packer and more recently, Sir Richard Branson, Russell Crowe, Kevin Costner, Brook Shields, Pat Rafter, Olivia Newton-John, Jerry Lewis, Billy Crystal, Pamela Anderson, Sara O’Hare, Lachlan Murdoch, Kerri-Anne Kennerley, Adrian Greiner, Anthony Bourdain and Peter Blakely. Baulkham Hills, Bligh Park, Darling Quarter, Greystanes, Kogarah, Liverpool, Marsden Park*, Newcastle, Pennant Hills, Penrith, St Marys*, Tempe, Ultimo, Woodbine & Woolloomooloo *A Harry's Cafe de Wheels Express outlet may not have the entire menu on offer. We’ve moved away from the Liverpool area but when driving through we always make sure to stop and grab a bite to eat because this Harry’s is so much better than all the rest. The food is always fresh and each menu item is prepared and served well. I had a good chat with one of the owners tonight and they are genuinely nice people who care about their customers and it shows in their interactions and business set up. I was impressed to hear that any unsold food items are donated to charity and also impressed that regardless of leftovers fresh bread is purchased daily and fresh batches of pies etc are also prepared daily. We’ve had experiences with going to other stores where the food on sale was far from fresh and we definitely won’t return to those stores. There’s lots of parking, places to sit, drinks and dessert items available. I have no hesitation in recommending Harry’s in Liverpool 🙏🏽.

Visited a few times this year. Pleasant Gentleman each time. Good pies, easily hits the spot. Frankfurts are alright. Outdoor seating on a busy shopping day makes you feel like you are going to be flattened by a car... But that's the show you get under the umbrellas. Been lucky to get a few fresh pies out of the oven. Blessed. Great flavour. Recommend the curry and chili sauce with the chips. Great salt on chips

Decent pies, although they could do a bit better with the quality control, as we both got a piece of fat/gristle. I'd avoid the custard tarts, which look to be made from custard powder rather than real eggs. There is plenty of outdoor seating and dedicated customer parking.

such an amazing place, i highly recommend it! the 2 male servers were wonderful human beings who made us feel welcome here. we ordered 2 tiger pies and although there was a short waiting time, they were fresh, hot and delicious. very unique and you cannot find anything like it anywhere else. you can definitely not go wrong with this chain!

Disgusting. If I could give a negative 5 I would. We got pies from here earlier today and found a whole finger nail in the meat pie.. completely unacceptable and is a health and safety issue which we will reporting to food authority. We came back and the girl kept implying that it wasn’t their fault and the pies are all ordered from a factory and wouldn’t take proper responsibility, which is completely unreasonable as it was sold by them and if one pie had a nail it in the others would’ve definitely been contaminated as it’s all cooked in the same batch and factory. We were regulars here and had been coming back for years but seeing the way this situation had been dealt with we are no longer coming back and will not be recommending to anyone unless they would love to have pies with a side of nails.

We had hot dog de wheels tonight at 7:50 and it was the worst harry’s i’ve ever had. When it first came out, it looked like wet dog food was put on top. Honestly wasn’t very appetising to look at. My husband and I were both hungry so we decided to eat it anyways. What a disappointment. It was disgusting. We’ve been coming to Harry’s for over 10 years, have had it at multiple locations. We won’t be back. The quality is so low even though you guys have steadily increased the price over the years to nearly double. Do better.

I tried it last night, I ordered the (Plain hot dog) with your regular ketchup & mustard, as well I tried (chilli hot dog) and yes sir, their food is a delicious experience. 🌭🌭 And they have a lovely seating area with a modern/1920s style.

They have good pies. Service is pleasant. The sitting arrangements are a bit uncomfortable.

Never fails to impress with their pies. Tiger pies topped with mashed potato, mushy peas and gravy and chilli sauce. This is their top seller and is a must to try. Can’t go past the area and not have one. Has seats at the back and front. Highly recommended.

Always a treat to grab a tiger pie. Perfect combination of a good pie lashed with mushy peas, mashed potato and tasty gravy. Location not great as passing traffic for the mall parking is way to close to the tables.

Very poor quality Food!!! thinking no one will notice the hot dog the wheels has beans and meat that look like it is for pets, the tiger pie has no meat just gravy another place that looks like we have to just pay for nothing without getting our money's worth on the food we have. It's like they are doing the customers a favor and we should not say anything!!!!

Visited today extremely disappointed, spent $18 on 2 hotdogs both went straight in the bin, the quality of both the hotdog and roll was lacking and not even warm. Went years ago and it was good not sure if owners or products have changed.

Pies and (hot)dogs are always a winner. Love the tiger pies with mashed peas, potato and gravy. The chips are fantastic and by far the best value is the pulled pork roll, with chips and drink
