Bondi Junction Private Hospital was clean and quiet. My daughter had day surgery there and the process all went smoothly. The nurses were all very nice and friendly. The front reception was welcoming but obviously a little busy and slow to check us in. The doctors and theatre staff were professional and caring.

Exceptional patient care in a smaller private hospital setting. It is small but fresh, clean and modern. Very comfortable. Doesn't smell or seem so much like a typical hospital setting. The hospital staff are wonderful. The theatre nurse (don't recall the name) and bed nurse Anita were lovely. During my stay nothing was a hassle and all staff were very professional, attentive, kind and reassuring. Unfortunately positive hospital patient experiences like this one are quite rare these days. I went for my day surgery not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you all!

This hospital is run by very professional and caring staff. The ophthalmologists and the anaesthetist who did my surgery are extremely gifted in their respective fields . The lady who is the administrator is a kind and efficient manager who treats her staff in a very positive manner . It is enjoyable to see such a happy and friendly workplace . Thank you . Carol

Fantastic. Everyone was kind, understanding and professional. Something very rare in hospitals these days. Would not hesitated to go in again for future surgeries when needed

The Bondi Junction Private Hospital was perfect in all the possible aspects was possible during my stay there. All the areas were clean, the environment was very calm and quiet, all the staff was exceptionally friendly, nice, compassionate, attentive, and kind. I was very nervous about my surgery and post- surgery, but I felt so comfortable and supported by the staff which made me feel much better than I was expecting. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

My partner came to BJPH on Tues for day surgery. From the check in, to post surgery care, we can't fault this hospital. Special mention for nurse Irish + the Irish nurse (Sorry, we're shift workers and can't remember your name) who showed genuine, exemplary care. My husband had a procedure 2 days in a row and we found the staff amazing . From the receptionist Rachel to the recovery staff .Ran in particular was amazing . It made our experience very relaxing and comforting to know that he was being properly cared for

Polite, respectful and attentive staff that go above and beyond to ensure your recovery is going smoothly and that you're comfortable, clean rooms that are just right, private yet accessible to nurses when called. The staff/ team who took care of me before my surgery, during my surgery and after my surgery were so lovely, kind, warm, attentive and caring. My experience was beautiful because of the way I was treated. I felt cared for and in safe hands. I rarely write reviews but this in case I wanted to because I am truly thankful and appreciate every single person I met that day.

Bondi Private exceeded all my expectations, they were so welcoming and friendly and definitely eased my nerves in the lead up to surgery! The hospital is very clean and the privacy standards are unbeatable! They even give you a call the following day just to check up and make sure you’re doing okay or if you have any concerns! ☺️
