    Inverell KFC was the most disgusting KFC I've ever been too. Head office should be ashamed to call this a restaurant! If I could give 0 stars I would! The store was filthy! Eaten chicken bones on the floor and you shoes stuck to the floor every step. The bench wipes and spray where stored on top of the filthy bin!. Asked for the table to be cleaned and the server looked at me and gave me a tiny KFC wipe... I will never eat here again and unless you want to be in line for 20 mins and receive cold food and eat over someone's eaten chicken bones I would stay away too. All the photos I took are being sent to head office...

    Just purchased a pack which had large gravy replaced with tiny one,nugget sauces missing, chicken pieces tiny,overcooked,unseasoned and as dry as the Nullarbor. Took the chicken and gravy back to store and manager just said "oh we didn't have any large ones left (gravy) and just answered yeh to all the other complaints, no sorry or anything.Manager Nathan should be a chicken plucker rather than a manager.

    At 6.30pm Wed we called into Riverton WA store and bought 6 large potato gravy and coleslaw and asked for some Hot and Spicy Chicken! They said they didn't didn't have any! I also asked for a docket, and they had to call the Manager out, as I requested, as they said they don't give dockets. So I wonder what else they are hiding? From HO or even the Tax dockets.

    Inverell KFC is absolutely putrid. I went there Friday last week with my son and there was not one clean table or seat. They were all filthy, with stuck on drinks and crumbs. The floor was covered in litter, and the garbage bins were overflowing. You couldn’t fit a toothpick in any of the bins. There were even footprints all over the glass window. But the toilet, so filthy. Under the seat was covered in poo and wee, and so was the toilet brush holder, with hairs and dust stuck to the poo and wee. It was obvious the toilet brush had never been used. I couldn’t use the toilet. I can only imagine what it must be like in the kitchen! This place should be closed down.

    I purchased 1 zinger filet, today from the Armadale Wa store at approximately 3.50pm the service girl was lovely. I returned approximately 15 mins later as after taking a bite of the filet i could tell beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the chicken was off. I asked to speak with the manager, when she arrived at the window she was very abrupt, I told her the chicken was off. It was slimy and tasted foul, she bluntly said No it's not. I said yes it was she was rude and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I could not believe how rude she became. I always thought staff were taught respect not rudeness and accusatory behaviour, with a side order of arrogance.

    One star only because I cannot give zero stars. I sent my kid to get himself some kfc after school so he’d have something to eat until I got home. He went to the Blacktown store on Richmond Rd and he was told they don’t accept cash. I called up the store to verify that kfc don’t accept Australian legal tender (cash). I asked to speak to the manager and the person that answered said he was the manager but mid conversation another person got on the line and said he was also the manager. I then called head office to get some actual answers, first of all regarding kfc not accepting cash and secondly why more than one person in that store was declaring himself a manager. Head office informed me that there are multiple managers in each store, so anyone can call themselves a manager. My mistake apparently, was that I didn’t ask for a specific manager, “store manager” isn’t specific enough. The available options are : general manager, supervisor, assistant manager, trainee manager, etc. it turns out that for a shift of 8 staff, 12 managers are required in order to maintain a national rating of 1.5 stars. As for the cash situation, yes, apparently individual kfc franchises can refuse to take cash because you go to work so you can buy stuff with your money but kfc are happy to render your money worthless.

    Their agreement with door dash is flawed. The door dash driver is able to pick up the meal and then cancel the pickup. This results in the customer not receiving their meal and kfc say they can’t do anything about it. The restaurant staff are really unhelpful. Their solution is for you to come and pick up a new order. There is a reason home delivery was chosen. Stay away from this company for home delivery.

    The way KFC treated us, I would not even give one star. I rang their HO to express my concerns and they did not even have any receptionist to answer my call and had to leave a message. Almost 3 + hours and not a rteturn call from them? Shame on you KFC.

    first time to see the place. seen so much happy staff. i love that the company pays good attention and invest on their products.. they do market research which means they treasure feedback from consumers. I am your number 1 fan and have always wished to have one kfc near my work place.. after more than a year, kogarah had one kfc just near the train station and I’m so happy for get some chicken wings, yummy mashed potatoes and chicken meal everytime I head to work.. thank you for opening one branch near my workplace. It was a great experience to see and know how the company takes care of its product and I can see the happy staff behind the great company.

    Hello. Regular customer of KFC across Australia during the course of my travels. The store at Moe Victoria continues to be purposefully telling customers that their receipt printer isn’t working. This has been going on for many months. As a regular customer of KFC, I have completed the online survey and received a free product for my feedback. Moe store refusing to provide receipts so as to refuse this opportunity to customers is extremely rude and disrespectful. I would like to see it resolved. If KFC stop the feedback free product give away, so be it. But refusing to provide a receipt is illegal and can also effect persons who need a receipt to claim tax or meal allowance if on business and purchasing a meal for that business.

    Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I have made several attempts to talk with someone about one of their stores and was promised a call back by an area manager but no one ever calls you back. It seems to me that KFC is more than happy to sell sub par food in filthy restaurants at high prices and has zero idea when it comes to quality control. Will not be getting any of my money ever again

    Advice before you open a takeaway, get the staff first. As a fast food restaurant and it take 1 hour to make food is verging on pathetic. Your north Sydney new shop is horrific. Sort it out or close it.

    4th order with KFC Shellharbour.. only recieved half the order. Tge mamager i talked to didnt care and just said " we are a very busy store" Sort your computer picking system out so the spastics you employ cant miss half an order 4 times. Their is a company in the Illawarra called flagstaff who employ people with soecial needs but they get their work right?... what excuse does KFC have when your social enployees cant get orders right?... it comes down to your computer picking system as your employees dont know how to read it... Sort your staff out or upgrade your 1985 computer system picking lists. So over KFC... your adds mean nothing as your staff are incapable of reading and picking list protocol diminish KFC's reputation.

    Be really careful this is a warning piece of advice to shareholders and our Australian citizens communities altogether think twice before you purchase food from KFC! We are in a global centuries ahead full of bugs a pandemic. Our federal and state councils must get together with KFC owners to enforce gloves and masks must be mandatory particularly in the food handling areas and cooks when handling cooking. That’s totally not acceptable and needs to be changed under the law enforcement of the hygiene category. It’s essentially full stop.

    Kfc Westfield Liverpool the manager was extremely rude would not give name had my order for over 40mins told me after such a long wait they were closed deeply disgraced with the abuse and lack of professionalism by the people who work behind the kfc name will be telling all friends and family how discusted and appuled i am to be treated in such a manner

    KFC Yagoona 2199 NSW is the most disgusting, unprofessional place to go to. My son purchased 3 meals from KFC Yagoona drive through on the 03/02/23 for us to eat. To our surprise when we unwrapped the first burger we noticed it had been bitten twice so we immediately took a photo and returned back to the KFC we purchased it from. We confronted the manager and the excuse given was “we didn’t know it had been bitten”. This is not acceptable as someone is responsible for wrapping and packing these burgers into a bag for takeaway. They offered a refund however after swiping his card it has been 3 days and still nothing has been sent back to my sons account. The total of the order came to $45.30. This is totally unacceptable and highly dangerous; if someone that was sick and had bitten it and we didn’t realise we could’ve gotten sick ourselves. This is highly unhygienic and I will 100% be taking this to the media so people can know how unhygienic this is.

    Kfc Windsor Brisbane north side. Short delivered a burger in drive through order. We discovered the mistake at home sitting down for dinner. Phoned them multiple times with no pick up. Order bag had no reciept given.

    Very disappointing kfc advertised on billboards 8 wings fr $8 you go to get that offer and your told you have to have the app , it doesn't say that on the billboard totally misleading and deceptive this complaint should be escalated to the ACCC foe investigation

    I just Purchased a 3 piece pack from Wyndham Street Shepparton..it is disgusting I got 1 regular 2 hot spicy the hot and spicy is so small and inside is just Fat ..the regular was a leg with hardly any meat so small ..the gravy what has happened to that just so watery...$12 something wasted..as I couldn't eat it . Definitely not finger licking good . And took photos to prove it DISGUSTING

    Minchinbury KFC is probably the worst in Australia. 4 out of 5 visits there is a problem. After 20 years I give up. There is definitely a culture problem with this outlet.

    I ordered through the KFC app. For delivery and they forgot one our meals. I called and they said I had to get a refund through the delivery service even though I ordered through KFC directly they gave me 1300 number and it no longer works. I called back and contacted the delivery driver directly he said he would check instead hung up and rejected my call. I'm still to connect with the person or entity that is to issue my refund. I spent clos to $100 for the family and delivery. Not the right kind of customer service

    As a kfc conneseiur. I went to buy my favourite order the two piece box, changing the drink to an extra chips. This has been my go to order for years. Today I went to order it again and to my shock and horror, your til ordering system no longer allows me to change a drink to a side. HOW DARE YOU MAKE ME ORDER THOSE SUGARY DRINKS. Change your ordering system back to how it was. Your programmers have no idea. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

    Omg this is twice in 3 weeks I’ve ordered at least $55 worth of food from my local store to be delivered and twice I’ve had to wait over 2.5 hours for my meal. I’ve rang the store twice tonight. The response was sorry lady we’ve been smashed tonight the second time I spoke to the same person and he apologised profusely for the delay but I m sorry this is not good enough. TWICE in 3 weeks this has happened last time I complained I got a pitiful $15 credit from a $50 order. I was stupid enough to give the store a second chance. But I’m done this is so not right. I work in retail and I know for customer service person to say oh sorry we’ve been smashed. Wow that’s not good enough. I’m not looking for free stuff or anything like that I’m looking for great service something the Orange store lacks in spades. Here it is 9.01 and still no meal wen I lodged my order around 6.40.

    If I could give a 0 star I would. bad service at punchbowl kfc. 1 time left me waiting 45 minutes in car and forgot about me 2nd time 30 minutes and can go on. Driving back for replacement not good enough.
