Rude
behavior,
Worst
customer
service

I
was
not
visiting
the
gym
as
I
had
lost
my
father
and

not
in
good
health.

kept
deducting

money

Alannah
to
cancel
my
gym
membership,
she

that

freeze
the
membership.

to

friends

me

take

membership,

called
the
reception
to
ask
about
the
procedure
for
transferring
the
membership,

told
me
that

cannot

that

has

frozen
from

13/01/23.
They
are
cheating
us.
