Definitely advise shopping around before settling on this place. Needed a jersey framed and was quoted almost $500 for the basic framing with no extras. So glad we got a second opinion, as we found a place down the road that did it for half that price with all the "extras" we wanted and it looks perfect. I'm sure they would do a good job, but they'd want to for double the price!

Really wonderful service and a great final job. Lisa was extremely patient when going through framing options with me, and I think we picked some lovely complimentary frames and boards for the works. Price was more than reasonable and the jobs came back quickly. I will definitely be back with future framing jobs!

Will definitely be going back! I had a bespoke frame made to display a collection of signed CDs from a particular artist. It was rather a fiddly job as each case's dimensions were slightly different... but the resulting craftsmanship is absolutely brilliant. You can tell this is a quality product. The job also came in on time, as promised... The staff are highly knowledgeable... The frame carries a lifetime warranty... I also received a 20% discount off my next job! You couldn't ask for better than that!

Got couples of artworks to get the quote in this shop but the prices are very high than I expected, then went to another framer on Victoria Avenue, same frame but the prices are much cheaper. Was suspected about their workmanship. Tried them and was very satisfied. So will suggest you guys to compare the price before leave the jobs in this shop. Save $$$.

Way expensive than nearby shop, base rate $350, my piece was quoted $720 when another shop quoted cheaper than the basic price.

Great framing my prints, some stores quicker than others

There is a store policy to literally quote you 150% of the price so they can then wow you with a 50% discount. These are crummy parlour tricks. Shonky tactics and quite frankly even shonkier handiwork. I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else.

Had glass replaced excellent fast friendly service if ever need to I'll be back

The problem: a sentimental picture fell from the wall--broken glass and damaged frame. Lisa from Frame Today offered helpful and professional advice about the style and colour of a new frame. A couple of hours later she phoned to say the re-framed picture was ready to be picked up. It was as good as new--in fact, better. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, staff were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, the frame isn't the best quality. I'm not going to Frame Today for a great experience, I'm going there for a beautiful, custom-made frame. If I'm paying for a custom job then I want it to look better than something I can pick up at Kmart. I won't be going back and I won't be recommending them.
