Remodeled a heirloom ruby ring from my mother. Professional and personal service and breathtaking craftsmanship. It took me a couple of visits in a duration around 2 months to make a decision on the design and Ophelia was so patient with me along the process. The team is all about perfectionism and paid a lot attention to details. The final piece is stunning. I don't think I could ever go back to commercial brands' jewelry every again.
