This ice cream saved us from a muggy weather in Sydney. The guy provided an excellent service even offered us a serviette. What a great experience Sydney!!

I walked the length of Circular Quay to get a milkshake and the wonderful folk at Royal Copenhagen were the only people not to let me down. I'd been there the night before for an ice cream so I ~knew~ the shake was going to be excellent. Plus the same cute guy was there serving both times which is a plus. Great flavours, excellent service, and you can grab your cone, turn 90 degrees, and see one of the most iconic views in Australia. You won't be disappointed.

I have tried royal Copenhagen ice cream almost 8 years ago at Gold Coast and it was excellent at that time. However, I tried it this time during my visit to Australia at Sydney but I was really disappointed as the taste was not as rich and tasty like before which was the main difference from other ice cream brands. Therefore, I think I will start looking for another Australian Ice cream brand.

Very fast service. Came here during vivid, which might be why but they just scooped it and gave it to us as soon as we purchased. Cookies and cream ice cream was so bland… mint was just average. Not amazing ice cream but nice if you just want some quick gelato in a cone or cup!!

this place is so good I travelled all the way from warrnambool just to let the taste of this creamy icecream frolick on my tastebuds. we were served by mick and minh(sorry if spellings wrong) and they were super helpful and were generous with testers and icecream scoops! shout out to these guys! I had the royal Copenhagen one and was better than 5 stars. sorry if we took too long to decide:)

Great little ice cream store with superb location at circular quay. There's always long queue but their service was prompt.

Took mangoes and passion fruit sorbet . They were bad and we threw it away . Even the cone was bad. Tastes like store bought cheap ice crem.

Got there in the afternoon when they were alot quieter. Ready to order and say hi to the man behind the counter, he looked at me, looked at his phone again for another 5 seconds and slowly put the phone down on the counter top, and still looking at the phone, what kinda of customer service is this for a 7.20 per scoop gelato?

Delicious flavors! The staff were helpful and not stingy! I think this place is WAY better than their neighbors, and more affordable. Highly recommend!

Had this ice cream at end of long day of shopping and walking. It was good ice cream but just normal, nothing out of the ordinary. There are MANY ice cream & Gelato places around the Rocks District, will try another place before leaving Sydney.

It's not the best ice cream shop in Australia but it's so good to have an ice cream while you walk around the harbour and leak your ice cream🙂 so I give them 5 stars and they deserve it, don't forget to ask for caramel souse on your ice cream.

Fast and nice service, lot of flavors. The ice-cream quality is just average, very much like the media level store bought ones, even the premium brands you can find in the supermarkets are better. Do you best to get icecrwam elsewhere despite their great location

Revisit after many years. Not really the same. Pistachios ice cream got nuts in the ice cream but no nutty flavour. Not really worth of money.

Always busy with customers lining up for their delicious ice cream. I dare say that this is the best ice cream shop in Sydney! I’ve come back many times just to try many of their flavours. Yummy 🤤

The flavour is just right. I love it! However, the queue should be a little bit more organised so there will be no confusion amongst the customers.

Great experience - catered for a child with egg and dairy allergies with four sorbets to choose from. When we mentioned the allergies they got a fresh tub of chocolate sorbet from the freezer and a new spoon, very thoughtful! Other flavours, Fresh Banana, and Rough Coconut, were delicious.
