I
brought
a
bag
for
my
partner
and
I
got
a
receipt
with
my
preferred
name
on
on
tax
invoice
a
few
days
ago.
Before
I
left
the
store,
I
double
check
it
with
my
lovely
sales
assistant,
told
her
that
I'm
worrying
about
the
name
on
the
receipt
should
be
the
legal
name
or
the
the
preferred
one,
it's
for
tax
refund
purpose.
She
said
if
something's
wrong
with
the
name,
I
can
go
back
to
fix
it.
I
went
back
today
and
asked
if
it's
possible
to
change
the
name
to
my
legal
name
instead
on
the
tax
invoice.
All
the
sales
assistants
are
very
nice
and
smiled
at
me,
I
thought
today
would
be
a
lovely
shopping
experience
at
Fendi
as
well
until
the
store
manager
on
duty
today
showed
up.
It's
a
middle
aged
white
female
lady
on
duty
today.
The
first
thing
she
told
me
was
she
can't
change
the
name
and
blame
me
should
fill
out
the
right
name
on
profile.
I
told
her
I
didn't
know
it
should
be
the
legal
name
on
the
tax
invoice
for
tax
refund
purpose,
your
sales
assistant
told
me
I
can
go
back
at
anytime
to
fix
it
for
me.
She
said,
we
can't
do
anything
about
it.
Then
I
asked
is
it
possible
to
refund
this
item
Then
print
out
another
tax
invoice
for
me?
She
said
"we
don't
do
refund.
"with
a
very
condescending
attitude.
I
know
boutique
stores
don't
do
refund
but
they
can
give
credits
to
customers.
Then
I
asked
if
that's
possible
to
give
me
credits
instead
Then
I
will
buy
the
same
item
again
to
get
a
new
receipt.
She
said
no,
then
kept
blaming
me
and
said
"how
are
we
supposed
to
know
your
Asian
name?
You
filled
out
the
form
not
us!"
All
the
way
she
served
me
was
so
rude
and
spoke
super
fast
as
if
she's
rushing
out
for
a
lunch
break.
I
don't
understand
why
she's
so
defensive.
I'm
not
trying
to
blame
anyone
about
it
today,
I'm
here
to
trying
to
get
help
to
fix
this
problem.
I
was
nice
and
polite,
but
your
service
atitude
is
just
outrageous,
racist
and
unacceptable.
What's
wrong
with
my
"Asian
name"?What
if
I
say,
"how
am
I
supposed
to
know
your
white
people's
name?
"
Does
it
sound
rude
and
offensive?
If
you
are
reading
this
and
feel
offended,
trust
me,
that's
a
horrible
experience
I
wish
anyone
else
doesn't
have
to
go
through.
I
will
tell
this
story
on
all
the
social
media
and
let
more
people
know
that
the
store
manager
on
duty
on

was
horrible,
even
the
people
working
at
same
boutique
stores
were
much
better
than
her.
I
feel
so
bad
about
the
three
Asian
sales
assistants
working
with
her
today.
They
must
felt
the
same
thing
but
have
to
work
with
her.
