    I hate this shop. Especially security guard. He denied me to come in around 5pm yesterday, even i got lots of shopping bags which is already over $3000. He said” sorry, we are busy.” At that time, two chinese guy was comming out and not crowded inside at all. Did i look so poor? Haha; I love shopping and usually wear comportable clothes. However, nobody denied me to come in before,haha. Yesterday, I also wear gray colour training clothes, and gucci sneakers with Givenchy backpack. I Felt so bad^^ and i went to next store, bought thom browne skirts and shirts which is $2400. I will never go this shop. thank u give me happy memory. U guys need change security.

    Store was absolutely empty yet there was a security guard outside saying the store was busy while I can clearly see 2 staff just standing there doing nothing, not serving any customers at all. When I do get in, the staff act like they're better than you. Seriously guys, just act normal!! No one buys your "snobby" act. In comparison, the staff at YSL next door act completely natural and it's so wonderful!

    I brought a bag for my partner and I got a receipt with my preferred name on on tax invoice a few days ago. Before I left the store, I double check it with my lovely sales assistant, told her that I'm worrying about the name on the receipt should be the legal name or the the preferred one, it's for tax refund purpose. She said if something's wrong with the name, I can go back to fix it. I went back today and asked if it's possible to change the name to my legal name instead on the tax invoice. All the sales assistants are very nice and smiled at me, I thought today would be a lovely shopping experience at Fendi as well until the store manager on duty today showed up. It's a middle aged white female lady on duty today. The first thing she told me was she can't change the name and blame me should fill out the right name on profile. I told her I didn't know it should be the legal name on the tax invoice for tax refund purpose, your sales assistant told me I can go back at anytime to fix it for me. She said, we can't do anything about it. Then I asked is it possible to refund this item Then print out another tax invoice for me? She said "we don't do refund. "with a very condescending attitude. I know boutique stores don't do refund but they can give credits to customers. Then I asked if that's possible to give me credits instead Then I will buy the same item again to get a new receipt. She said no, then kept blaming me and said "how are we supposed to know your Asian name? You filled out the form not us!" All the way she served me was so rude and spoke super fast as if she's rushing out for a lunch break. I don't understand why she's so defensive. I'm not trying to blame anyone about it today, I'm here to trying to get help to fix this problem. I was nice and polite, but your service atitude is just outrageous, racist and unacceptable. What's wrong with my "Asian name"?What if I say, "how am I supposed to know your white people's name? " Does it sound rude and offensive? If you are reading this and feel offended, trust me, that's a horrible experience I wish anyone else doesn't have to go through. I will tell this story on all the social media and let more people know that the store manager on duty on 30/08/2022 was horrible, even the people working at same boutique stores were much better than her. I feel so bad about the three Asian sales assistants working with her today. They must felt the same thing but have to work with her.

    I've been to the store 3 times and experienced different treatment each time. 1st time: 2 years ago. The store was empty but the doors were closed and the sales associate would not allow me to go inside, saying that they are very busy when yes, did I mention the store was completely empty! We went back 30mins later, and was told the same thing. I cannot remember what I was wearing that day but probably in t-shirt and jeans carrying no visible designer goodies. 2nd time: A year ago. Walked in at lunch time. The SA was friendly and helpful, helped me try on multiple pairs of sunglasses. I think I was wearing a Chanel bag that day. 3rd time: Today. Walked in at lunch time to buy a mini Fendi Peekaboo. SA tried to ignore me at first, and did the bare minimum when I asked to see bags/prices. I was wearing a Givenchy bag today. Conclusion: The SA at this store are disgustingly snobbish. Not sure who they think they are. I receive better service at Hermes and Chanel. So I took my business to the Fendi concession at David Jones, received much better service and walked away with my purchase. You should too.

    I've been to this store 3 times now, the first time was alright, the SA knew his place, but the last time I went this asian girl who had the most broken English ever was so dry and disinterested that I had to hold myself from clocking her and putting her in her place. Also the so Called manger belongs to work at Costco or hungry jacks cuz she has no ounce of class. Makes the brand look cheap and undesirable.

    Bought a Fendi bag for $6k and a half. The lock button is now broken off after 4 months. Brought back to the store and was told they will order the part which should come in after 4 months. 4 months?! And they told me I can continue to use the bag without the lock during the 4 months. Obviously, they haven't counted in their after sale services for the price i paid, have they? Can't be overly happy about this, can I?

    I would give -0 star if I could. During the lockdown I have to order from SA through sms and the way she having a conversation with me is absolutely terrible! She sending this emoji to me” 🙄🙄” wth is that! Roll her eyes at me? This is the worst customer service I ever had. What kind of luxury shop is this! It’s shame for the staff who work there. Not sure how they been trained. Maybe the manger have to be consider this un respectful behavior. She better change her job and work in paddy market instead!

    On all occasions of attending Fendi, I have always been impressed, except one time, where the male helping us was very unhelpful and careless. The other staff have absolutely satisfied us though! Manar and Maria from Fendi both hold amazing customer service, and are so extremely helpful! They have helped us on all occasions, providing us with their details to contact them and continuously giving their honest opinion on all products. Thank you ladies! Highly recommend requesting Manar or Maria when you visit the Westfield store.

    Very bad customer service especially Ebru we had a shoe to exchange she barely wanted to do her job plus the disrespect was so obvious that her other staff started apologising on her behalf very very disappointed and will never come bad, I’ve to other fendi stores the service was 100 times better

    Went into the store today, and the sales assistant Camilla was very lovely and helpful. She was so sweet and patient with us with purchasing a Christmas gift for a friend and even gave us a cute card to write a note for the person receiving the gift. Overall, great experience!

    Was window shopping around all the luxury brands here at Westfield, and came into Fendi to have a look. Service staff were helpful, utilising QR tech to checking the price points of certain products in question, and supporting me from the moment I entered. That said, Fendi's products are generally a little more mature, and not to my liking. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't find anything I liked in here. Don't expect special limited edition products, for sure.

    I love coming into this store. The staff are so lovely and professional. I always get looked after so well. I get excited to come into the store. Odella looks after me, it is never a problem, she goes out of her way to find items for me, she is kind, friendly, professional and always makes me feel so welcome and looked after. I met the store manager, Sue and she is also very friendly and professional and goes out of her way to make the customers happy and so feel welcome into the store, her whole team are so lovely and helpful, always smiling and quick to help. I call them my Fendi family. Love the atmosphere. Tip top customer care!

    Today I had the pleasure of purchasing from Arden. I had searched literally the world (Australia, Asia and the States) for a bag I couldn't get my hands on... Arden had 1 bag in the Sydney store and she was fantastic from the moment she answered the phone, sent me pictures, videos and was very attentive and accommodating seeing I am located in Melbourne. She made the experience very pleasant, and I will be a forever Fendi customer from my experience with her today
