We had planned a simple wedding in the presence of close kith n kin, a minimal footfall of just 70 members on the Eventful day. Being a fairly small affair we had time & budget constraints. But we didn’t want to compromise on the outcome. The hotel staff suggested we go with an event management team and recommended “The Event Wala”. We wanted someone who understand our needs and challenges. Bibhu was there to our rescue. He understood our limitations and was all ears. We were delivered more than we had expected. Bibhu constantly kept us posted and was aligned with us. He also surprised us at a few instances, and we can’t complain. They were pleasant ones! Once we were confident he knew what we wanted, We let him run the show. And we weren’t disappointed. There were some last minute requests (events for Mehendi / Sangeet, organising refreshments for guests travelling). He not just came up with some great ideas, also ensured they were successfully executed. We did have a bunch of happy guests. We are glad that we reached out to The Event Wala. TheEventWala is very good event organizer. Owner organized my kid 1st birthday . They did beautiful decoration alongside catering seems tasty. I recommend this event company for all kinds of events.
