Almost every rooms has 🦎 lizards on wall and behind the curtains. Forest side cottages are like warehouse and seems like cleaned ages ago. Blanket had stains it wasn't changed. Helping staff is good though.

Stayed for a night in December, 2023. Excellent location in the lap of nature. Very well maintained Resort on the bank of a river. Rooms are bit cramped but all basic facilities are available. Food is costly but it could be because of its location. Staff is well trained and always willing to help with smiling face. Nearby caves are worth visiting. Staff needs to be made aware about these caves as we could not get much advance information from them. Beautiful place for peaceful vacation.

Consider it if you need a break, consider it if you want to enjoy nature's lap, plan for minimum 2 nights stay, bonfire charges extra, go in very small group (family or friends) like 5-6 people only. You will enjoy! Now plan, pack and leave!

The rooms of this resort are amazing. Spacious and with an old world charm they open out on a verandah facing the river. The service and attitude of the staff is commendable. The complimentary breakfast needs to improve. Also, the boating options are limited and seem to focus only on large groups.

Wonderful place surrounded by nature, what you can listen to is only bird’s chirping. Loved it. Highly recommend if you like nature, river, birds…/ polite and helpful staff. Good food. Very nice stay. Easy to reach.

Beautiful place... close to nature... lots of activities... like Archery, rope walk, brama bridge, swings and many more, situated on the bank of river Halali

The room was very bad,I didn't have a great new year eve type of fun there. Also the games section had broken nets and carrom.The food and boating was very overpriced.It was dangerous as the staff said that wild pig and snake can also come. The Gala dinner was very overpriced

We visited Resort to celebrate our School reunion. 24 of us were really enjoyed. Food was yummy, services were too good. Hotel staff was very supportive for everything. Whatever additional services we demanded to arrange a cake, Pan, Campfire etc, they have arranged immediately. Rooms are very spacious, toiletries were well placed. Overall value for Money and we really enjoyed the trip

Excellent place .. makes you feel close to nature. Lovely ambience and staff behaviour also very good. Food is also good. But the entry gate staff are very rude and non cooperative . They force the customers to pay PARKING CHARGES even for those who just wana go to the restaurant . They extort money from you. Administration officials have to take proper action against this.

A decent stay with good food and good staff. They hv a recreation space too. It offers a beautiful nature stay in the mid of a jungle. Also, they have adventure activites like monkey crawl and rope walk.

Udayagiri is a good place for vacation and picnic and it is going to be very adventurous for those who will go here for the first time. It's about to go.

This property is located near river and covered with lush green landscape. Food is tasty and place is clean. Best place to stay.

A quiet place, though tucked away in a corner the service, food everything keeps one comfortable. Close to a great site like Udaygiri caves, this resort is a blessing.

It's a perfect weekend getaway, the location is the most amazing part of the resort it's literally in the middle of the jungle, lots of activities around.....like Archery, Burma bridge, zip lining, rope walk etc They also have a nature trail Visit the caves in the evening if you're going in summers, if not the statues the view from top is quite breathtaking Food options are limited but the food is quite ok Also they have cabbanas where one can sit and enjoy the view and have a nice family time instead of being cooped up in the room the whole time.....

Worst experience. I went jungle resort two times and I was denied to order the food both the times. First time for breakfast and second time for the dinner. They mentioned the reason that first they will serve the guests who’re staying at the hotel and second reason was shortage of staff. Also, according to the staff, people can’t order food after 9pm.

Good places to stay, but some animals like spoted deer/Neel gai etc would increase customer visit, must visit place

Great place. Best time to visit rains n winters. Peacock , river safari is best. Can go bird watchimg n hiking. 1 night stay is enough. Jungle resorts cN have locals taking for treewalks or hike. Overall good.

I’d say this place has a very good potential and after speaking to the workers at this place I believe it could be managed in a bit more better way.. as in the main idea of the Jungle Resort is reduced to only boating and river side or forest side view rooms.. instead of a bunch of activities planned.. but the poor quality of maintenance has led to a very under maintained facility.. A bit more aggressive advertisement and a bit more aggressive focus on maintainence can give this place a much needed stimulus for life..

This is a jungle resort on the banks of the Tawa river about 75 kms from Bhopal city. Enroute to the famous Sanchi Stupa in Vidisha district, It offers a beautiful nature stay in the  mid of a jungle. Also, they have adventure activites like monkey crawl and rope walk,Our stay here was an excellent break from our busy work life.Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the resort, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service.The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. They hv a recreation space too.. they have  bikes and other indoor games available and they provide  paddle boats to explore the river flowing behind resort.

Beautiful location. Newly refurbished room. Services are very poor. Food quality was not good. Rooms are of double occupancy and for third person they provided only matters. For third person no extra cup, soccer, glass, dairy, toiletries etc but charges full. Otherwise it's jungle me mangal.

Tucked in a bamboo forest. Quite place. Food is good. Cottages are old and need renovation. While delux rooms are cheaper, newly constructed and have better river side view. Staff if helpful.

We had a quick stopover at this place while returning from Udaygiri caves. MP tourism has done a great job at building this resort in the middle of forest. We ordered coffee and starters at the restaurant. It was not bad. Would love to stay in the resort cottages sometime. Resort also has boating facilities in the Vyas river running behind the resort

The hotel is in an amazing location inside the jungle trail and thus the rating. The rooms are a bit small with a good amount of furniture and amenities. The adjoining areas just suited me, along with bicycling, GYM and open eating place. Must go!!

Rooms are good,but food was ok ok,and There are no any activity for kids as it was mentioned on site.

Just came back from one day trip. Overall its very disappointing. Pros: 1. Good location. Very quite and serene. Right next to udaigiri caves 2. Good food 3. Staff is attentive and helpful Cons (big ones): 1. Very dirty. There is no attention to cleanliness or hygiene. The common area for breakfast was very dirty and common washroom was yikes.. for me how a resort keep their bathrooms is an excellent indicator of their attention to cleanliness. 2. I was with my family with a small kid. We got a wire in the poha. Thank god the kid was not eating it. Not at all acceptable. 3. Service is reeeally slow. One has to wait for at least 45 min for any order to come over even when there is no rush. Won't be going ever again to this place. If you do wish to visit Udaigiri, stay in the MPT highway retreat in Sanchi. That is a much better place although there too the service is very poor.
