All the groceries , Vegetables, stationaries and fruits were available here. Prices are affordable. Maybe some of the vegetables are bad. There was Hygienic fresh juice stall. Better car and two-wheeler parking.We can buy the items via app , only if overall the cost is above 2000 INR with free door delivery. Overall ,the supermarket was good!

I have been buying my monthly groceries here for years. One of the best supermarkets in Pollachi. Staff are helpful and courteous. They don't irritate us by following behind customers... But if we ask for helpful, they are always eager and polite. Good collection of groceries, cosmetics, and supplies. A bit pricey, but good quality. Stationary, gift items, vessels, kitchen and household accessories are available separately in first floor. Supervisors are always active, going around the floor and keeping stuff moving. Stress-free and easy shopping experience even during festival days and peak hours.

A great variety of groceries and vegetables are available. Delivery is available too, phone/WhatsApp order can be done too. They do have an application when you can place orders online. Parking is a little trouble here as quite often when you park a car or bike in the designated space, someone else comes and parks behind your vehicle making it a pain to get your vehicle out of parking. Management should see if possible to let the security to keep a watch of this.

The shop and products are vast in collection and varieties. But the behaviour of the billing girls is not humane to be the least. Waited in the billing desk for 5 minutes watching girls between the counters talking. Then when others after me were going through other counters ,I asked I am waiting for long... The girl replied,"I am logging in right ... Only after logging we can bill... Previous person went and I am coming now only... What can I do....." Just couldn't comprehend the attitude of the staff to the customer/ a fellow human for that matter .. There is no bit of courtesy for making us wait and reply like slap. This is the second time similar experience and I feel that we need to be familiar or known to them to be treated normal.. Being rude to them there will be a distressing eventually. Owner please take this into account

Product collection and pricing is good. But the staff will treat you like a thief. They'll follow you everywhere. Avoid this shop.
