Very peaceful and serene ambience. Good quality of Indian and Chinese food. Affordable prices. Everything ranging from salads to desserts is nicely served. Paneer dishes are tried and tested. Staff is friendly. Perfect for dine out. Family place.

Must visit this place. 🔥I tried Butter Chicken 🍗 4/5 And mutton 3.5/5 from here .

The restaurant is good. The shahi paneer was tasty but rara chicken was amazing. The rates are moderate. Hygiene and interior are also good.

One of my favorite place to dine in and sometimes I take out from there bcoz of their Mouth watering & hygienic food items. Ambience is changed after Corona waves but it's looks nice. Friendly Staff & manager. Close to my home. I always prefer to celebrate over there. ❤❤❤

Went to this place to eat a day before yesterday, Place was nice. There was nice sitting space, fully air conditioned, proper hand wash area. We had chicken tariwala and butter roti. Although there were some communication issues with the person taking orders and instead of 2 half plates of chicken he gave us only one, that could have happened because of fault on my end as well. But every problem has a silver lining and the half plate chicken tariwala was quite sufficient for two of us as quantity was great. Food taste wise was also good.

Everything was good except the food. Lemonade was over salty, spring rolls were not at all good, and they made me sick.

Everytime I ask them for veg dimsum ... They always say it is unavailable. The menu needs to be updated as many more items can be added. Masal tea is awesome atleast better than coffee. Veg burger with fries is great. White sauce pasta is ❤️ Patoto cheese roll are no more available in menu that's bad part. Veg sandwich and veg dimsum is really good. Mix prantha is very good. Overall it's a good place

Backhouse restaurant is the best restaurant in chandigarh and Good place to visit with your family. Nice ambiance with nice funny pictures. The food is yummy. Order Bhatinda chicken curry , it was little spicy but yummy. Also order mix veg curry, won my heart. Rumaly roti was little cold but naan was properly cooked. Overall my experience was good

Kadhai soya chaap was delicious. Quantity was perfect for 2 persons. Special thali is good and can be shared easily by 2 people. Raita was Amazing. Amritsari kulcha was enough for one diet and tastes delicious as well. Hakka noodle quantity was amazing with the blend of taste and spices.

A good taste restaurant that you can find in university market. The food is tasty and the staff is great in serving. Price is little bit higher if you are student compared to all 11 sector dhabas. But the advantage over them is their sitting and you secure environment. Sometimes the place is dead beat but that's justified.

Worst experience. Hopeless food. Only thing good about this place is perhaps the service. Not at all recommended. Better to have any street food than eat at this place.

Had a thrilling adventure just looking for the place. It was nicely tucked away in the back. Probably, that's why it's called backhouse. Good food, but it can improve on the menu. Service was slow, and really felt sorry for the lone waiter, who was doing a splendid job anyways. The environment was dark and damp, and it has vast potential for improvement.
