Quite literally the worst food I've ever had. It took the waiter close to 20 minutes to even attend to our table, even though there were very few people sitting in. When the food arrived, the fries were already cold. The burger is just 2 buns with a warm (at max) piece of meat in between which almost excuses itself for even being there. The nachos were not even warmed up. All three of the dips were insultingly bad, the guacamole didn't have any real taste at all, the salsa rasted like ketchup with a lot of salt on top of it. No light on the men's room and a very filthy ladies room. I will never visit any of your restaurants again and I strongly advise anyone who reads this to stay away from this chain.

What can you say about restaurant where after 15 min iof waiting waiter said to you:”no tartare left” bring rinbs to your partner(bad quality!) and you wait another 15 min to steak which was in worst quality I ever saw?

The food was delicious. we ordered bbq burgers, fries and American pancakes. The service is awful, literally everything is bad. The fork was dirty, there were pieces of food on it, possibly from previous guests. I mentioned to the waitress, she had no apology only “che bello”, then carried new by my request. We waited for pancakes 30 mins at least. Also no apology, waitress seems careless about customers. In another old west I had ribs, they were cold. Absolutely cold ribs ….

Fairly good meal. Special lunch time deals are good value but do only come with a small drink so not that large a saving. Had the chicken special and was a little on the overcooked side but still tasty

Average service with average food. Definitely in the category of fast food American style steakhouse. Price is definitely above average for the quality of food and service. The only good point is that they have a playground for kids to play in while you eat. Definitely family oriented restaurant.

I'm very satisfied with the food. I normally order bbq ribs or steaks and meat quality is very good. It's true that sometimes service is a little bit slow, but I believe it's still worth it.

On a positive note the stag are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Also our you are in the Orio centre and like this kind of food it is convenient. The main problem here is the food. It is very stodgy but with a name like Old Wild West I probably should have guessed. With a lot of other options nearby it is worth checking them out first.

I have dined here in the past and I have noticed that the quality has suffered, a lot. A breakdown of my French Burger: - Dipper potatoes are still good - Burger meat is the supermarket freezer type - Caramelised onions were far from caramelised - What used to be a nice chunk of Brie is now a thin slice - The salad was literally one lettuce leaf
