    The place itself is nice. However, personnel is too pushy. I went in to buy some specific nespresso capsules and had to decline a number of offers. Previous time I was there the experience was the same. They clearly have instructions to promote certain items.. A bit of it can be ok, but too much is annoying.

    I had problems with my Vertuo machine, TWICE! Thank God the staff from Nespresso Orio helped me and changed them with new one. Very serious and honest, gentle, professional and polite people. Thank you again for your support!
