The manager lady was a horror! She was easily frustrated with clients and didn’t hide it. We asked her to put 2 bottles of milk in one of the many fridges they have. We specifically asked her not to put it in the freezer. The next morning both bottles were frozen solid. There was plenty of room, we could see the fridges, but she said there was no room so she froze it. When we asked her to get the bottles in the morning, wherever she put them, she was visible angry and said she had to take care of her other clients. Just to be clear we rented 4 rooms and that was the only request we made. Aside from that, there were not enough workers. Everyone was waiting for something and the hotel was fully booked. We saw a total of 4 workers. All of the shower fixtures on the walls were broken so you had to hold the handle with one had the whole time. 4 rooms, all broken. You could tell the rooms were nice at one time but they are getting repaired with the cheapest things. The beds were extremely hard. My 30 year old 100 pound wife woke up both mornings really sore. We couldn’t open the windows at night to cool down because there were a lot of mosquitos and no screens. Please replace the manager or run her through some training. Add some more workers too. High price for angry managers and cheap accommodations. The towels were very soft and exceptional. The view was nice.

Lovely room and staff. Unfortunately mosquito net did not fit bed and no gauze on windows. Wifi only in main building, which seems standard in this part of the world. Good food. Breakfast is extra, this is not made clear by staff when offered initially, but sure if this deliberate or due to poor English.

Cozy rustic bungalows surrounded by a beautiful little garden. We stayed in the family bungalow tucked at the very back and loved it! Simple but clean and everything we needed to have a nice sleep. Toilet sometimes would not flush and the washroom had very little toilet paper but these were all minor things that didn't detract from our experience. WiFi only in the lobby/restaurant, but this is a lovely place to sit with a beautiful view of the area. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast, as it was just bread with butter and jam, juice and coffee - with the impression that it was included, but it was not. Overall a lovely stay for the backpackers or volunteers on a budget.

Lovely accommodation near Ranomafama National Park. The room is basic but pretty nice with local deco. The in-house Restaurant also serves good food. Electricity might not be that stable but it wasn’t hot and quite comfortable to stay in the room.
