We booked this hotel because we were seeing a concert at the local casino. This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We expected a kind of dive-y truck stop type hotel, but boy were we wrong! We walked in and were immediately greeted by staff in the sparkling clean lobby. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was ready and extremely clean and large upon entering. The beds were very comfortable. They even had a complimentary shuttle to casino! It was perfect! The next morning we had the hot complimentary breakfast before checking out. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again. It was quiet and felt safe.

Stayed at this location several times due to its convenient location to the casino. Staff is consistently pleasant and knowledgeable, and rooms are cleaned to high standards. Somedays, breakfast can be a bit so-so, but that gets offset when hot, fresh cookies are awaiting your return after a long day. This is the ONLY hotel I'll stay at in the Charles Town area.

Hotel staff was incredible! Everyone was kind and professional. The breakfast was terrific. Rooms were clean and very large. The exercise facility was well equipped and easy to find.

Super clean. Friendly. Great lobby area where we were able to hang out with rest of the family, play games through the evening and eat dinner. Much better option than others nearer to Harper’s Ferry.

Hands down one of the best hotels we've stayed in. In terms of customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail, this location takes the cake. Everyone who works here gives the utmost respect and courtesy to their clients. The room, pool, lobby, and entire hotel in general are well kept and clean. The room was large and had all of the amenities we could have asked for. The continental breakfast is not only well stocked but delicious. Overall, when we come back, this without a doubt will be our go-to.

Stacy and Gavin started this experience by being the friendliest, most accommodating Hilton staffers my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We are Hilton Rewards Silver members and they went out of their way to make sure we felt like we were at home. They even provided dog toys and treats for our service dog! The two of them immediately made us positive we chose the right accommodations. The location is very convenient, the views from the rooms are the ONLY thing that leave anything to be desired but that's not their fault.

I have stayed at several Hilton properties. I have been happy with most of them. The Home2 Suites in Charles Town has to be my favorite so far thanks to the fantastic staff. They are very attentive and so pleasant every day. The property is very clean.

Front desk service was great, Breakfast had tons of choices . The lady who served the breakfast was very friendly and made me feel at home! this place made me proud to say that i work for Hilton at another location. :)

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing! Very well trained and friendly. We were here for 4 nights and the hotel room was quiet and very safe. Parking was well lit and there was plenty of space . Applebees was a short walk away.

This is a beautiful property very clean and excellent friendly staff that are always ready or help. Also very quiet and this is a very busy hotel near the casino and horse race track. Pet friendly. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

We had a great time at the home2suites in Charles Town. Staff were exceedingly friendly, rooms were spacious and very clean, and common spaces were inviting and kept immaculate. Breakfast was great too and there’s an IHOP right next door.
