This buisness was opened in Pierre to provide easy access to vaping products. The staff is knowledgable and can assist customers in getting the right product to start quitting cigarettes or any other nicotine product. They have grown to also provide access to legal delta products and other products that aid in curtailing hard drugs use in the community. All and all the buisness has been a boon for public health and well being. The 2 staff members I am most familiar with being Ben the manager and Kelly have always given prompt service and gone above and beyond in customer service.

Extremely knowledgeable staff willing to work with needs that the customers have. I have never stopped in and been disappointed in the service. There have been a few times that something specific wasn't in stock, but the staff has always let me know when it's expected in and haven't been wrong yet. The products they have available are the best in the area in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend The Vape Box to anyone I know! The staff there is amazing and always makes me feel welcome.

Very cool and very smart sales team. Large selection of products and expansive knowledge of the products they sell as well as other products. Open to sell new products for local customers. 10/10

The staff is usually friendly & helpful. It's a good store. Really the only part I wish was different is not necessarily their fault ..& that is that my favorites always seem to be out of stock or gone within 24 hours. But all in all I'm glad it's in Pierre.
