I am blown away with the ice cream and food here. I had some super juicy crispy wings. Had super crazy delicious fries with fried egg , bacon , sautéed onion , avocado , and thousand island dressing. The ice cream flavors are out of this world. So many creative choices. I had a guava flavored ice cream. Seemed like it’s very popular in town as it was packed in the restaurant and for ice cream but there’s lots of seating inside and outside. I suggest a reservation if you can. I will keep checking for their seasonal ice cream flavors and I’ll be back.

Best ice cream parlor in town. All the flavors are so well though out and hand crafted with utmost care. Been there three times in a month. I wanna try the dining menu too next time.

This was an awesome experience! The food was good, we ordered salad, pasta, wings, and a kid’s meal. PARENTS: The kid’s meal is with the value!! It’s not just a regular vanilla scoop of ice-cream. Kids get to pick their flavor! Love that!!! Our pasta was good, enough to share between to people, the salad was tasty but honestly, no wow factor. I give the wow to the wings! Cooked just right, crispy and not dry on the inside. I would definitely order two servings if you’re a wing family. It comes with 8, but 8 simply isn’t enough for a family of 4. They have a pretty decent meal, but beware, the menu does include a lot of season items.

Welcome to Paul’s 1-star review club Gabby! let’s start with the good… The ice cream is spectacular. You may find on a Sunday night in the summer 40 people waiting on line when you arrive, and you’ll get right in line with them, it’s that good. Now the bad. The food wasn’t good. The burger my wife got(i tried it) was terrible. The wings i ordered were not good. I suspect the reason they batter them is to hide low quality chicken. is there any other reason to batter or bread chicken wings? The fries were ok. The service wasn’t good either. my waiter put our order in and got us drinks and then went home without telling anyone. I was looking for him after the food came out to ask for blue cheese which was supposed to come with my chicken and I ended up eating my wings without it. After i eventually went to the ice cream counter to get a bill… the manager (i guess it was the manager, he was the older guy) was apathetic about the fact that our waiter left us there and i had been waiting for someone to bring us a bill. I wanted to buy ice cream but i was angry about the responses coming from the manager so I didn’t. The ice cream is just so good, i’m definitely coming back here, however NEVER FOR THEIR FOOD! Seriously, the food is overpriced and not good at all. Also, you wouldn’t believe how many screaming children there was in that dining room.

Stopped in for ice cream and was satisfied with the variety of flavor options. I recommend the Martinsville Mudslide and the Peanut Butter Cup - both were delicious.

Our grandson had mentioned this restaurant many times and we were finally able to make the trip here. We were greeted with warmth and friendliness and choose a table outside. Our waitress was attentive, prompt, and friendly. This was one of the best dining experiences we have had. It's a great option if you have kids. The food was great and the ice cream was unbelievably good, the best I have ever had! Highly recommend!

This is my go to ice cream shop and one of my favorites in the area (which has quite a few ice cream places). They have their classic flavors in addition to some unique ones - the cornbread ice cream is excellent!! Smore's is a close second. The line for ice cream can get pretty long after 6:30, but the ice cream is worth it and they get you through pretty quick. Scoop sizes are a bit inconsistent.- sometimes one scoop is a ton of ice cream and sometimes it is rather small, guess it just depends on who is working. The staff is so friendly! There is lots of outdoor seating...indoor is usually for people eating at the restaurant.

This place is casual and fun. The ice cream flavors are delicious and hand crafted. The detail of the flavors chosen is what makes this place so special, they put a twist on long time favorites. If you can make it this season, try the salted caramel apple Blondie. I also tried their seasonal smoked maple chipotle apple burger. if you like burgers that have a sweetness to it, then you may like it more than I did. I think that they failed to provide a crunchy element to the burger, so it felt too soft, biting into. I tried a little bit of the other dishes ordered at my table , pictured, and they were tasty. I think, although the food is OK, the real star is the ice cream.

Gets very busy on the weekends but with good reason - all the food I've tried here is great. The penne vodka and cookie monster ice cream are instant favorites

Gabriel's is one of my all time favorite ice cream places! The ice cream is homemade and some of the flavors rotate seasonally. My favorite is Party Like it's 1999. I haven't eaten any actual meals here, but the food looks pretty good. In the summer you can take your ice cream outside and they have lots of tables and grassy fields. Great for kids.
