    Just finished my second personal program. I can't be more happy with my results. Not only has my body changed already, but my mindset about gym exercises. The way that is designed the program, and the fact that you can truly trust that all the coaches know what they are doing, gives you more confidence. Now, for me, going to the gym is not a chore. It is part of my life and is the part that I enjoy the most.

    I've been going to Pratt consistently for a month now and I really love it! I've worked with almost every coach by now and they've all been extremely helpful and encouraging. I think I've worked with Collin the most - he's amazing! Pratt offers small group personal training (8 clients max per trainer at a time with the trainer walking around throughout the hour to tell you which exercises to do next and correct form and modify exercises if needed), but they also offer athlete/sports training, small group HIIT classes (which are unlimited when you're a member), and the typical 1:1 training you would think of when you think "personal training". When I first came in for the intake, I spent about 20 mins speaking to Jon about my fitness goals and previous exercise experiences (what kind of workouts I like and don't like, which motivate me to keep exercising, etc.) before heading into the training area where he assessed my form and what I'm physically capable of so the trainers can create an appropriate and custom fitness program that'll help me reach my goals. I deducted a star was because the initial program is very tedious to get through as you alternate between the same 2 workouts for a total of 12 workouts (6 of each) which I completed in 3 weeks. The exercises are the same but as you progress, they adjust the repetitions and weight accordingly so I do feel stronger after completing the initial program, but it just felt boring to me. They explained to me that they do this as a way to get to know us and minimize the risk of injury that comes with having various exercises, which is understandable but doesn't make it any less boring when you're not new to fitness and exercise. I also try to go 4x/week so doing the exact same workout 2 days later was annoying when I still felt sore. I'm on my second program now and I'm alternating between 4 workouts instead of 2 now, so it is more enjoyable. It's also very expensive at face value lol but keep in mind that 1:1 personal training anywhere else is MUCH more expensive and you get great value, great results, and the chance to work with awesome coaches!

    All of the trainers here are amazing! They listen to your goals and cater a program specific to you. This has been one of the best decisions I ever made for my health, if you are thinking about it and nervous—don’t be, they take all of the thought out of it. Commit and show up, and the results will follow. Shout out to Jaime, he’s my fave!

    After only 2 sessions I am committed to Pratt training. Both Jayme and Sydney were outstanding. Their expertise made me feel comfortable as well as pushing me to better myself. Everyone is very friendly and the work out floor is well organized and the music is great. Overall the one on one training sessions can only make you better and motivate you to return. 👍

    Can't overstate how impactful my time at Pratt has been. The personalized program and attentive training sessions have (of course) made me feel stronger, more capable, and made my clothes fit better. But I think the best benefit is starting my day with such an affirming team. I leave feeling a sense of accomplishment, buoyed by positivity of the trainers and my fellow attendees. I not only physically feel better, my confidence and outlook on the day is vastly improved with every visit. Thank you to the team for showing up every day looking to make us better.

    I LOVE PRATT!! Hands down the best decision I ever made for my health was going to Pratt Personal Training. I've been going for 60 days now and I've never been so encouraged or motivated to stick with a training program. I can feel and see the difference in my energy, my strength, my body and my confidence! The training environment is professional, friendly and fun. Every single coach there brings something special and awesome to the space and your program for that day - the coaches in my opinion are what make going to Pratt so worth it! I feel so grateful for having found such an amazing place to workout and continue my health journey. All you have to do is show up and the rest is taken care of. You're in great hands at Pratt!!

    I started going to Pratt a few months ago and I already feel a difference in myself. Self-discipline and determination has never been easier with a staff like this. Every trainer has a welcoming, vibrant personality that just adds to the overall positive environment of the space. Your programs are created to fit your specific goals and everyone (staff and members!) are super motivating and helpful. I would recommend joining PPT to anyone who is dedicated to self-improvement and for those who simply like to have fun.

    I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team at Pratt Personal Training. I honestly wish I could give them more than 5 stars for their superb client experience and onboarding process. I am a sports physical therapist in the area and have interacted with countless personal trainers throughout my career. None of them compared to this. Their approach to client care is exceptional. They take the time to get to know you prior to stepping foot in the gym, and make sure your goals align with what they offer at Pratt. I worked one on one with Kyle for my first assessment, and was blown away by his attention to detail and cuing during my exercises. Over the course of my time at Pratt I also worked with other personal trainers who were phenomenal. They create an atmosphere here that makes you want to show up and get your workout done. I highly recommend the entire team at Pratt Personal Training if you are looking to crush your goals and avoid being in pain!

    I rarely post reviews online but I make an exception for the Pratt Personal Training team. I’ve been going for two years and I’ve never felt better. The team of personal trainers, following James Pratt’s approach, are very relatable and friendly people who have given me helpful and specific support and advice during my sessions. The quality of service is at a high standard and is consistently delivered to me regardless of the trainer assigned to me on a given day. The individualized program is well designed for careful and gradual increases in intensity and weight and the results are legit.

    My experience at Pratt Personal Training has exceeded my expectations. I hadn’t been to a gym in many years because I felt intimidated. However , the trainers made me feel very comfortable. They are friendly, encouraging, and are invested in the success of their clients . Since I’ve been going to Pratt , I feel better about myself .
