First I should say I’m a car guy all my life. I often get a new one and pride myself on my research and actually driving and reviewing each car I have an interest in. That said my journey lead me to Nissan. Then I started driving them and comparing terms. That brought me to Bridgewater Nissan . They were friendly and informative and didn’t try flattering me or other common sales tactics.. Laura ,my salesperson , told me the features of the cars I had an interest in. But I needed to drive several models to find one that seemed a comfortable fit. Don’t be afraid to try another model and you might be surprised (as I was ) what you end up buying .. Bridgewater Nissan is an active dealership.. Laura knows her cars and their features ..they did end up giving me the best deal I could find.. So if you’re car shopping, why not give them a try?? You might leaving with a new car as I did!

It was a great experience at Bridgewater Nissan. First of all it's one of the cleanest and most relaxed dealerships I ever visited. Laura was my sales representative and she was so kind, welcoming and accommodated my needs. She went over the basics and rundown of the various features of the car, in the car with me. Never had that before. I got a 2022 Nissan Leaf EV. Would highly recommend!

This dealership is far and away a different experience than any other dealership I've seen. My girlfriend and I were shopping for a first car for her daughter. Bridgewater Nissan's website showed a 2012 Subaru Forester that we knew would be perfect. Evidently it was a new arrival at the dealership: we jumped on it so quickly that the car was still being checked out by them. We knew these cars were hard to come by at the price that they were asking (a very fair price), so we knew we wanted to hold the car. Bridgewater Nissan did so; we put a deposit on it to hold it while they were going through the car. During the course of them doing so they found a few things with the car that needed to be addressed. They never balked. It took some time to get the parts from Subaru, but they stayed with it and never tried to walk back the deal we had, and never once sounded discouraged or frustrated. We now have the Subaru and it's great. We liked this dealership so much that my girl traded in her Jeep there and bought a Nissan Rogue from them. Steffan, Vincent and Eric are all class acts. And Margaret answering the phone is awesome, too. Five out of five stars!

Tom and Eric were brilliant throughout our car buying experience. Tom is fully committed, never shying away from showing more and more cars, very patient, he would just get up and before you realize he would have the car park right outside the entrance to test drive. The best part, he's not too salesy or pushy. I personally like that trait. Nowadays the buyer knows what they're doing. Eric on the other hand is a fun guy to be with. He's the boss. Got all our approvals done within no time and we were out with our brand new 2023 Rogue in no time. Trust me I had no plans of closing that day, I was more inclined toward getting an appraisal done but everything went so smoothly that within a couple of hours we were done. Kudos to team Nissan Bridgewater. They are not doing this business for more than 5 decades for no reason. I think it's their service and commitment toward client satisfaction that makes the cut. Thomas was professional and very knowledgeable will all vehicle in stock.. Leasing or buying a car is super stressful especially in this current market. Overall the service was good. It would be great if we get the photos of as-is status and after replacement/repair along with the facility/modern equipments. Can be shared through a website and can be deleted after a week. This will give a confidence and the trust on the money spent for repair.This way it will create the awareness and understand the importance of service and the right place to get it done as well. Hope that will encourage the car owners to come forward for a regular service without any secondary thought. It is just a thought.

I walked in at almost 4pm for an oil change and my tire pressure with no appointment and they did not hesitate to provide services. I appreciated the fact that they were honest and very precise on the wait time. Both the person that initially checked me in and Stephanie were very helpful

I have never had a bad experience at Bridgewater Nissan from sales to service. I have not only bought and leased cars with you but two of my kids have and I assisted another friend with hers. Easily 6 different experiences in sales and it was always a pleasure. No pressure, didn't feel bullied, everyone was very open. With this recent service issue I was told on the phone (it was a Thursday) that they had no diagnostic appointments available until Monday but if I drop it off, they can try to fit it between appointments. I dropped my car around 1 in the afternoon and it was ready for pick up by 5! Great experience!

Recently bought a Nissan Leaf with Bridgewater Nissan and we love the car performances and my family is very happy with this car. Eric Meltzer was the sales executive and he helped us and was very patient addressing all questions we had. We is very detail in explanation stuff with the car and made sure we are happy with the car delivery… he made all process very easy for us and he did a GREAT job… Thank you so much Eric!

Our sales woman was great, but the others at the dealership made me very nervous and did not seem trustworthy. Overall, the whole dealership seemed unorganized and moved very slow. I also do not like that they will not run your credit at multiple banks for loans. They seem to just want kickbacks from Nissan by going through their loan program. It was much better going through and finding my own loan at a much better rate.

Bridgewater Nissan is the best place to get your car, period. Mike Bliss was exceptionally helpful in helping me get my 2022 Nissan rogue. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted, brought the car documents to my workplace to sign because I couldn't be at the dealership to sign the documents, picked up the check from my bank and was willing to drop off the car at my workplace as well, amazing!. This is what we call dedication 👏. I was really impressed. He continued to keep in touch even after purchasing the car to see if I had any questions or needed help with my new car. Guys, I am sure all the sales reps at Bridgewater Nissan are just as great, but ask for Mike Bliss and you would be impressed just as I was. I am forever hooked to my car and to this dealership. And oh, they called me to come and pickup my license plate in less two weeks, wonderful!. If you are looking for a Nissan car, do yourself a favor and go to Bridgewater Nissan. This car dealership is the best!! Staff was very accomadating, friendly and listened to our needs. Nicole was great. She knew her cars. She went through everything regarding the car we were interested in inside and out. It was hard to believe she was new to her position. I thought she was selling cars forever with all that knowledge she had. Would definitely recommend this place!!
