I was very hesitant to do a filler but eventually i chose you because i thought you were the best in town but unfortunately my filler is botched!

A friend recommended the place to me and I plan on becoming a regular. They were extremely nice and the work was top notch. They also have this cute cafe were you can have a coffee with a view of the city while you wait. P.s. the prices are not cheap, but very much worth it.

This places work is nice but it’s a total rip off, they take double money from you than its original price you can get same quality of work as this in other places in erbil with cheaper prices .

Iam visiting from Las Vegas and l was told that La Jour has the best service, so l booked an appointment for hair balayage and told the front desk that l have a pretty long hair so they said l need three hours and they booked me. l was shocked that upon my arrival l was told by the hairdresser HIMSELF that he has no time for me, also my hair needs more than three hours plus he has a client now and can’t work with me, l understood and was on my way out but the front desk STOPPED ME and told me that they will talk to him and try to fit me in, after few minutes l was told l just need to wait 15 mints for him to finish his client and he will start with my hair, l was like “okay will wait”, after 2 mints of waiting he came back shouting at my face and asking if I AM THE ONE WHO INSISTED ON DOING MY HAIR TODAY OR THE FRONT DESK MADE ME STAY SO HE WOULD FIGHT WITH EITHER OF US🤬 this was very UNPROFESSIONAL l will never go back there though l was planning on doing pedicure & manicure but no thank you

La Jour is just another reason to hate toxic masculinity. I went there for the third time to get my hair cut and it was never really great, but I still went for lack of alternatives. Today I even brought a photo of an actual haircut I had before. Nothing special. When I realised, the guy was totally messing it up, it was too late. Instead of admitting that things didn't go as planned, he started to get angry. In the end it's just hair and it will eventually grow back, but I have to admit, I didn't have such a badly executed haircut in years - including the years I cut them myself - and was never treated so poorly. The girls at the reception desk are nice plus I never tried their other services, hence I give the place 2 stars.
