Visited this place last week with my family and it turned out to be the worst food experience of my life. Buffet khaana hai to AB or BBQ jaao, galati se bhi don't visit here. Issues: -plates are dirty, old & cracked up #royals😂 -no barbeque, - no welcome drink - in starter they served only 3 chicken items, 1 fish item, paneer & baby corn. All of them tasted worse, stale food was served. No one asked for second serving - main course: just 3-4 dishes, all of them were tasteless, briyani was little manageable. Usually buffet will have 12-13 items + varieties of salads etc, here you'll get nothing. - now comes the worst part: they didn't served dessert at all, we kept waiting and asking from 7-9pm but the dessert section was empty. Agar hota bhi to I am sure 2-3 items se jyada nahi, inke paas space hi nahi hai. - no area for washbasin, bathroom me handwash karna padta hai jake #rotality😂 Overall I'll give 0 points to this place, bahot bekar service hai or price bhi jyada hai as compared to other buffet places. Inki aukat or infrastructure hi nahi hai buffet organise karne ki, galati se bhi mat jaana, I saw fake rating & fake photos & visited, I wish I had seen true rating for buffet. They need to train their staffs as well, no one has the audacity. When I started asking for dessert and wanted to meet the manager, he didn't came out only. Due to my complain, they gave me 10% discount for serving *no dessert*, bekar log. ghanta royal!!! Worst 5k spent, aisa laga I have been looted. I am damn sure, they will get back all their deeds. Menu me kuch or actually me or kuch, all the worst!

This is among the fine dine restaurants of Patna. It offers great quality food and experiences. Many Indians dishes can be tasted here. Ambience is superb and lighting is great. Good with Family or Friends. Special arrangements can be made here as per customers demand. If you want to feel Royal you can visit here.

Total waste of money. Taste of starter is good but taste of main course is below average....they don't even serve RO water...you have to buy water-bottle which is way to expensive. I visited here for birthday treat but got to say this...this place is total waste. Service is very slow and bad. Waiter even don't about their own membership card. I would recommend not to visit this place...it's way more expensive and not even worth it.

Awesome food taste. You will love the foods. Good ambiance. buffet and ala carte available. They use traditional cutlery to serve food. I tried veg Biryani, aalu boonda, dal makhani and in desert you will definitely love mini gulab jamun, firni and many more. Courteous staff with friendly nature. Good place to have good foods in Patna. Vag and non veg options available. Good seating space with wooden floor.

I was visiting Patna and heard well about Pukhtan so decided to go there with my family. The food tasted nice. Ambiance is good too. But had a few unpleasant experience. I found that cockroaches were freely roaming around in the dessert station. Infact, it was actually sitting on the tart. When I brought it to the attention of the manager looking guy, he didn’t even apologize or felt remorse. He simply said he will get it changed. I want to check if they really would change it or simply bring back the platter. Sure enough they brought the platter back after removing a few the tarts. They didn’t make any effort to clean up the dessert counter. Changing the platter would not solve the problem, its just cosmetic as the cockroaches were still roaming around and could again crawl back on to the food. If this is the state of the front of the house one can imagine, what’s going on in the back of the house. My sincere advice: 1) Get a pest control contact. create a daily and periodic cleaning schedule. 2) Get your team more sensitive towards hygiene 3) Improve your customer service. PLEASE, at least SMILE AND BE FRIENDLY TO SHOW THAT YOU VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS. Customers who come to you are not there for just good tasting food. They don’t expect a dhaba service. The waiters were good. But all the supervisors and managers were too stiff and seemed too full of themselves. Hope the management takes this criticism positively and understand the changing demography of the customers. If the management needs photos related the issue please get in touch.

We visited this place today & had the worst experience of buffet. Jab aukat and infrastructure nahi hai to buffet organise hi kyu karte ho? How can you price yourself more than AB /BBQ nation, 899+taxes (non-veg). We 7 people visited, no welcome drink, we were served just 5 items in starter(including paneer and oil dripping baby corn), totally blank in taste. Main couse had 5-6 dishes (only 1 bread, onion-tomato wala ordinary salad) , plates were of cheap quality, jisme cracks bane the (royalty 😂😂). Manchurian were hard & noodles tasteless, we left it all. No special items & the best part- 8:30 pm tak desserts to they hi nahi except gulab jamun.😂 Or handwash ke liye you have to goto the smelly washroom (again royalty)😂 Never felt this cheated in life! Spoiled an special ocassion, itna frustration aa raha ki I am writing review at 2am in night. Please don't visit for buffet. Please comment if anyone of you had amazing buffet experience here. loved it..great ambience ..great food ..and great service. the buffet system is awesome. reasonable price. perfect to go outing with friends and for group party and get together. well maintained and nice interior decorations. must visit and recommended if you are a non-vegetarian.

On 1st of January, for New Year Celebration, I had been to Pukhtaan with my family for lunch. I would like to thank the waiter named as Deva who served us very well & for the quick service. We had sichuan lollipop, chicken biryani, mutton dum biryani. The food was good & very tasty. They also gave us complimentary paapads. The ambiance is good for family & friends. Hygiene maintained and the food was damn good if u are willing to have lunch or dinner with mughlai touch then this place is for you. Price is quite high so I gave 4 stars. Allover I had a good experience. Try murgh makhani it taste heavenly.

I went there with my family. Each of us have different taste buds but everyone enjoyed their food. The starters are really good. If you are a big foodie, then I will recommend you skip the main course and order 2 starters :) We had chicken seekh kebab and galouti kebab. I absolutely loved Galouti. I can go there just to have them :) In main course we ordered Mutton Rogan Josh. It was kind of ok. Service is nice. Ambiance is good. It is quite spacious. They also have a buffet system.

Horrible. Never waste a dime here. They don't have a buffet menu. They will serve what they wish and when they wish. The whole place is empty and yet nobody asks us what we'd like to eat. When we repeatedly asked for a menu, we finally got a dirty hand-written one. We ordered from it and it's been half an hour but we have not been served. The staff is not well-dressed or professional. The waiters don't speak loud enough that we can hear. The whole place reeks of amateurism and unprofessionalism. I asked to make an online payment and they stared at me and said no in the usual meek, inaudible voice. I asked who the owner was, they said they didn't know. Apparently, the owner never visits. As I was learning all this, every staff member encircled us as though we were investigating money laundering. Extremely strange, large, desolate place. Go anywhere to eat but here. The food wasn't good either. The waiter was so bad that he was insisting that the sour sauce "garlic chicken" was actually Bengali fish curry. Unbelievable. Pretty sure its real business is not restaurant but something else.

My experience with Pukhtaan has always been a memorable one. It’s a place where you can dine in with your friends, family and even office colleague. I like the mild ambience and the way each corner has been separated so that not a single chair goes waste in case of peak hours. It’s a decent place for family celebration as well because people of all age group will find delicacies of their choice. When compared to other buffet restaurant in the city, I found Pukhtaan provides better taste, quality and variety in case of main course. But, vegetarian people struggle a lot to find variety for themselves. Be it starters, or main course veg varieties are less. The rice and Naan/roti which they serve has a unique aroma and flavor. Starters are average but of good quality, and you can customize it also as per your taste. They have unique variety of deserts and most of them tastes good. They also provide Chaat and Panipuri, but they don’t taste as good as they appear. Staffs are cordial and understand your need really well. It’s a must visit buffet restaurant, yet a little pricy one.

It's really not necessary to Choose buffet here, we chose A la carte and it was good except for jal jeera, everything tasted good! Behaviour of staff was good along with the ambience. Overall, it's quite a nice package

Pros : The good part was I could sneak in without booking a table, at an odd afternoon hour in Dec 2020. Mutton curry and a few other vegetarian dishes like daal makhni in buffet were really delicious. Cons : The quality of food seems to have fallen since my last visit in 2017. Buffet had way lesser to offer. In grill, Mutton kebab was a disaster, and there were no prawns...fish was tasteless. Chicken seemed agreeable. They had also ran out of any choice of decent drinks. Staff seems new and are confused, however courteous and helpful. Choice of breads were also very less. Verdict: Maybe they have some service issues due to staff shortages in COVID as I guessed. Avoid unless you have no other choice. Go to Barbecue Nation thats worth the money and time you expect to spend.

Seemed to be overpriced for weekends. They do mention they have alacarte, but they don't prefer customers who opt for alacarte. Also, the place gets real Smokey once they bring the barbecue at your table.

We went for dinner on 24th Jan 2021 a group of 7 people.The experience was worst be it service or food. The manager Mr. CHIRAG said that there are 4 celebration booked for today so the staff is over burdened. The gave us a small table and put the barbeque on a chair. Till 45 minutes there was no water served on our table. Food was also not cooked properly and we had to wait for every item to reach our table. On top of everything there was hair in chilly chicken. Simply waste of.money for 900 rupès per person.
