The worst behaviour me my friends ever faced during our lunch. We were four in number and we had ordered 2 thali of Rs.90 and we shared it between us. But suddenly the manager came and said "ek thali me ek log hi kha sakte hain, you have to pay for 4 person". So we argued and told that we are shareing our food only not taking extra items. But he was so rude and make is pay for 4. I recommend do not eat from here. Only because of bad behaviour.

Ordered from train (IRCTC) but not received. Never see this type of service of hotel. Pls do not order everyone money scam is running here. My Train number 19489 seat number A2-17.

I've never eaten such poor & stale food in my life, I went with my family, our souls started to panic🤢🤢🤢🤮 after having food and we left the food incomplete and went for dinner at Rajbhog.... If you want good food then never go there..

Our Food was delivered on Train by Santushi Restaurant. Food taste (veg pizza and rabadi) was great, delivery was hassle free and before the train departure time. Another best thing was their responsiveness and they connected and updated us on the call so it was no headache at all. Thank you 😊👍

In 160 rs they provided very less quantity. 3 roti,1 spoon rice, daal and 2 sabji

They serve 100 Rs for an unlimited thali to the students having PET test for railways, and the content is daal that was ok, rice is good, but the main part is chapati are not cooked properly, and kadhi was like yellow water and other sazi is of aaloo that was like ok ok.... Problem is in the behaviour of owner was like he gives that food us for free, So called charity but he knows that he looted the other students......

I ordered from #train (IRCTC) and they delivered food on time at Ratlam station , very pleasant experience with them. I was satisfying with Testy hot soup and packing is also good.

friendly staff, they are so cooperative and have a variety of food with good taste as well as quality.

Recently visited with family, food quality is way below Ratlam standard, staff behavior is not upto the mark, staff will cross question if you dont like the food. will not be visiting again for sure and will not recommend to go along family.

I used to frequent the restaurant, and my favourite was, still is, Paneer Kali Mirch.... but last time it was not available, I hope it will be introduced back, with same signature, yellow gravy and no tomatoes, neither puree nor diced.... surely worth trying

Money scam is running by santushti from Trains ordered. They collect your money online order & didn't delivered your order. Also we have to register complaint against IRCTC why this type of hotel consider. Pls everyone be aware.

Ordered two veg thali from train to be delivered at ratlam junction. But we didn't receive the delivery and no one contacted us regarding the same. We tried contacting the given contact person but they didn't anwers the call.

Very good food. I was travelling and ordered food from here at railway station. Good portion size, good taste and food was warm which i expected the least plus so much onion. Keep it up guys !
