It was the most disappointing experience. I called the hotel asking for the price , the receptionist first quoted me 2500 rs. When I asked him to lower the price because I was staying for less than 12 hours as I checked in at night, he lowered it to 2000 rs and said cannot reduce it further so I told him that I’ll call him later if required. When I was about to reach that place , the hotel guy called me and we decided a price of 1800 rs and he told me that we should come over to the hotel and talk. Me and my husband went to the hotel,we asked the guy to show us the room first. The room he showed us was alright and also had a water bottle as complimentary and we asked the service person if that was complimentary and he said yes. Then we went back to the reception, provided the id’s and made the payment. Now is the most pathetic part. We never got the room they showed us. It was a room that was not at all similar and to my shock he told us that the water bottle was not complimentary as the room was standard AC and that room doesn’t get a complimentary bottle neither a complimentary dental kit and all these things were chargeable. When I checked out the next morning, for the 20 rs water bottle he had charged me 33.34 rs. I don’t understand that how a 20rs water bottle can be for 34 rs. Charging more than the MRP(Maximum Retail Price) . It looks good when you check it online but the services are deceptive so are the people there. Never ever recommending this hotel to anyone. He should have showed us the same room where he wanted us to stay not the higher category room and the inclusions should have been explained at the time of check in. It’s simply a money making business and no hospitality especially when you are working for the customers.

A hotel is conveniently located at a stones through away from highway.the team was very courteous and friendly. The amenities within the property were also well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable making our stay truly worthwhile.

Service quality is very low ,lift is not working properly, rooms are not clean , for marriage kitchen is not good , distance between rooms and marriage hall very far,no watchman on parking, behaviour of manager is not good, attached washroom & ac are not in all rooms, overall not good for any type of party.

Very easy location to reach at hotel Google maps helped me with there excellent accuracy, clean and hygiene maintained at hotel with fresh cook food served, great hospitality and lastly they suprised me with free car wash which started my day with awesome feeling of premium service offered.

Must say a good halt at a great hotel in my journey from maharastra to rajasthan, the hotel location is best for a halt with a safe parking space available in the hotel premises no need to unload your full laguage from car just take necessary bags and check in at hotel . Also they have good staff with 24x7 reception staff available for your service. Good and clean rooms with good bathroom, with 24 hours hot running water all my tiredness got away and got to have a good sleep and refresh jump start in my ongoing journey.

It’s a good location very close to the highway. Able to access for rest on my way to Mumbai. It’s become a pit stop as if you drive alone and need a stop. The staff is helpful. Some of the food is oily and you may have to ask it to be toned down. Else overall a great place to stay.

Average rooms, they wont offer water even, the charges as per the rooms provided is too high, lot of insects during rainy season inside hotel and rooms.

While the rooms are good, the Hotel is somewhat remotely located from the main city! The services are not upto the mark and that's where it looses a lot of points! Still worth exploring I'd say

Located at the entrance of Ratlam while coming from Indore. Peaceful atmosphere. Homely touch. But there were mosquitos in the room; had two mosquito mat machines from reception. No restaurant, but they prepare on order downstairs. Bathroom smelled bad, but manageable. Rooms are large( suite), good view of roads. AC and fan efficient. If you don't have vehicle, then a problem. Full marks to the reception staff.

Rooms are stinky and not clean After a long journey it is not a great place to relax specially when with family

A good hotel located close to highway. We stopped there on our way to Pune to Jaipur. Rooms are big with air conditioning. Mattress quality is ok. Prices are nominal and they have a good vegetarian kitchen with lots of options. Staff is cooperative and room service is decent. A slight scope of improvement is needed in room cleanliness especially blankets and sheets. Also suggest to provide toilet kits and complimentary water bottle for all varieties of rooms. They have enough parking available for cars.

Stayed during a marriage function. Good outdoor and indoor facility for marriage and reception.

Cool place for dinner, stay. This place is good to host big events. Book this place in advance as it is most of the time occupied. Staff behaviour is helpful and polite

The photo itself described about the hygiene and hospitality of the Lavanya. I have already posted the review however it got reported. I have gone through with the review most of them had provide 1 or 2 stars, which simply indicates to improve the hospitality instead of arguing with the customers over Google review. Many other hotels are also in the city. Choose before scheduling your stay at a cost with poor hospitality. Bathroom - chocking problem 😥 Bed and blankets - not up to the mark🧐🤦🏻 TV and dish- after check-in u have to call the reception for recharge reminder 😂 Now I came to know that as the owner is rude so the staff also act like that. 1 star for entire journey and thanks for the loss which I have to bear just because of your room service staff. Instead of accepting you blam us. Good luck

Lavanya palace is good to conduct marriage and office functions, staffs are polite, little improvemeny needed on cleaniness of the room.

No bargains. Fixed rent for rooms. You can only bargain on GST. Cleanliness and room size are very good.
