I stayed here during my road trip from Pune to Gurgaon. Its located outskirt of Ratlam near College. Around 4 km from Ratlam Bypass. Hotel is good. Rooms and furnitures are good. but I have to say those are not well maintained. Staffs are really good and owner too. The best part I order simple Dal fry and tawa roti. Food are really tasty and reasonable too. Good Parling lots. Pros :Well behaved staff and tasty food. Cons : no wi-fi. Its now essential for every hotel. Rooms are little bit low maintajned specially wash room. Overall pleasant stay.

Worst taste and service waste of money and tasteless food ,staff and management try to manuplate and cover there fault by giving senseless excuses. Prefer to go on any dhaba rather then jalsara

I dont have the option to give a half star rating if i have then i'll definately give that...cuz now a days i had the worst service, worst food experiance.. i literally dont want to review this but this time they made me do this..once a time they were serving the best food, and experiance in Ratlam and now they have to work on their food and service they are providing..no offence

Good family restaurant .. It was my second time and i am fully satisfied their veg Kohlapuri and mix veg was super delicious i would recommend this hotel for family outing

Good experience and great time spent with family and friends. Waiters can be trained to recommend first time goers. We had too much wastage of food due to confusion on food portions .

Overall a great experience as a dog parent since they allowed our dog, stayed there a few days back. Good and friendly staff even for our dog and served good food with nice hospitality.

It's was amazing experience Hotel quality wise was in Fully pleasure manners . Interior of hotel was adorable and FOOD QUALITY was awesome never forget the taste and quality of food was good.
