Booked hotel for 3 days. We checked in late evening and the place was very nice, pretty views...then the next morning we were told we must pack and leave because they didn't know how to file the C form for foreigners. So we were left without accommodation and forced to quickly pack and leave with no taxi or idea where to go. Also we were told another hotel we could go to and assured they had room availability. We went to this hotel and was told it was booked full for a wedding. So more time and money wasted. If u are Indian then ok. But if foreigner then don't bother with this hotel. Actually I hold and oci card as my husband is indian.. then too told to leave. They didn't understand that oci gives me benefit of Indian status. Very poor service for a hotel of this size and status.

Located in industrial area of Ratlam, this place is amazing. It's large and has nice hall, garden and rooms. The rooms are spacious. One of the best places in Ratlam for large events like wedding. Though they didn't share their WiFi password. It was disappointing.

Its a supperb palace and in palace only they have waterpark thats also good as well. The rooms are also very neat and their garden is also awesome. If one wants to go for a walk he/she can easily go and enjoy. And they also have separate hall for different function thats also well. At last its a very good palace wid each n every facility.

Never expected such a humongous place in Ratlam with a big waterpark. The hotel stay is not wow but great for Ratlam although a little expensive but its ok. Its away from the station and you will be charged about 100rs in rickshaw from the station. It's close to a famous and prasidh hanumanji mandir called Barbad ke Hanumanji Mandir. Safe place ' the staff is courteous , Pintu bhaiya is the go to guy there. The food is good and they have nice restraunt. The water park is a superb attraction though i didnt like the water. But they clean it up everyday. 300rs on a week day and 400 on sat sun for adults. The rides are great we had some great fun. So go with family to enjoy thr place.

Awesome place, great location, huge and great room..

Nice and spacious place. Rooms are good but washrooms have leakages. They give garden to 2 parties at a same time, so it's gets bit difficult to identify the unwanted people and need to maintain extra security.

At this place hotel , bar , swimming pool marriage garden available it is situated out of city on the sailana road side. Food items is delicious, ratlam's only water park where all the service like big water park is available only at this place . Summer time morning to 5PM swimming pool crowded and on Saturday , Sunday most of the crowd available.

12&13 July 2021 we booked hotel for marriage ceremony. There is poor service (dirty toilet without sit, AC not working in hall and rooms, they switched off electricity while we are attending functions). Eating : catering service is very poor, they have enough quantity of food but not serving. Finally we went kitchen and checked they are cheating with us. We raised this issue after that they give food to us.

Hotel Rudra Palace exists on a once-upon-a-time agricultural land and has been a notable landmark of Ratlam, for a good length of time. Although the hotel is not located on the main road, Sailana Road, as such, needing the customer to take a detour on an ill-maintained road, full of pot holes, worsened by the present rainy conditions, the hotel presents a contrasting appearance, with pleasant ambience, plushy rooms, well-kept and modest, a large banquet hall, sufficient to accommodate a good gathering, lush green surroundings, and prompt, courteous and efficient room service by the uniformed staff. The cuisine is tasty and agrees well with the palate, with plates and the accompanying crockery visually appealing. Hotel Rudra Palace, about 5 kms from Ratlam Railway Station, and 6 kms from the bus stand, can be surely given a try by the visitors.

Good clean rooms & garden. Parking is ample too. Location is quite inside the main road.

The services were quite good but the washroom's sink was filled with cigarette and the smell was coming in the main hall.
