It can be quite busy here during the day. Especially between 12 noon and 1 PM. For birthday parties and meeting with friends, the special room here should be reserved in advance. Ms. Imalsha (Trainee with one month experience) serving to all the customers (20 Customers) Should appreciate for her commitment to work when seniors having quality buddy time behind the scene.. took 25mins to order and waiting time was another 15mins.

Average service. Seating style is odd looking. But more space is there. Some foods are not tasty as expected. But have great variation of foods. Service and foods can further be developed if they willing to.

Went to celibate one of my friend's birthday.Had to wait for more than half an hour to make the order. It's kind of okay but they got our order wrong. Instead of correcting it cashier blamed us.After an argument they got our order right. We asked to arrange a table for our group but the employees didn't care they just ignored our request.Employees aren't friendly at all.worst customer service ever. I'm disappointed.

Worst. Ordered 7 up and the taste was like drinking salt water, then complained to the manager and he did not take any action. Employee and the manager were fighting inside. Tables were not cleaned, even after we asked them to clean, finally cleaned it ourselves. Submarine was not properly arranged, all spilt. Worst kfc ever

Today 14th February 2023 we went to dine in. Normally we used to go To KFC even though their food is worse. Just to eat the upper part of their freaking chicken. Chicken and it’s taste is not worth at all for the prices nowadays. Worst Dine in experience ever we have at Rathnapura KFC. Worst Food Ever in a Restaurant 😓 Also very late Food. So Annoying Food For real…….Also The Air Condition doesn’t work properly. Poor Maintenance. Very Bad Experience Throughout then….

Not that bad but sometimes they don't have all the items like friend fries or mojito. Parking available but limited.

Biryani is Not good in taste when compare with other Branches.. . Chicken bucket is good here

Taste of biriyani was worse. Overpowered with spices, clove. Sauce served with biriyani is inappropriate. Didn't expect from word class fast food restaurant. When I informed to the sales person at the counter regarding taste of food, Didn't pay attention and neglect in unethically. They should have proper training on customer service. Good ambient to hang out with family and friends.

Foods are upto the KFC standard. But at the time of we were visited, almost all tables are full with empty food buckets and utensils. ( arround 7.30 pm september 2022) There were no one asigned for clean the table untill we were leave. We feel,staff personals are not interested about cleanliness.

Food was okay, parking available. Overall experience was satisfactory. But the management should take steps to prevent the entry of ones who come asking for money from the people. It's a disturbance for people who are enjoying their food.

Worst KFC ever. Poor online delivery service. Took almost two hours to deliver the order. There was not a single response(a confirmation msg, email or a call) from the relevant branch for about an hour after the order was placed via their website. Don’t buy from them.

Has dim lights and no diner oriented mentality in serving. Food is great though. This place needs some urgent rebooting.

The KFC Ratnapura is situated in the old Perera Studios building in Main street. There's basement parking as well as street parking at the front of the restaurant. You can take the elevator from the basement although it's just one floor to go. As you enter there's a kids play area to the left. Remember to remove footwear when you go in. Seating available in tables and chairs, and booths. Perhaps due to the Avurudu season and being short-staffed the restaurant wasn't very cleanly kept. The floor was littered and the washrooms had to be cleaned. The food order was taken quickly enough. Food itself was conforming to the typical KFC standard.

Worst KFC experience I have had. A double decker needed 30 minutes to prepare, so ordered a noodle bowl. The noodle was colder than the pepsi.

KFC - Ratnapura is situated near the Kudugalwaththa junction and has a large outlet. However, washroom facilities in there could be cleaner. On the other hand, chicken is tasty, but the other items need to be improve more. They accept card payments and also have a children's play area too. Somewhat crowded in the weekends

Nice place within the city limits. Parking also available. Good beautiful and colorful environment with large space for dianing. Can accommodate more than hundred people at once. Special coverd area for private functions with lot of loud music. Wash rooms are nice and clean. There was a nice kids play area. But it was not maintained well and kids can't enjoy it now.

The portion is so small. That one person can't have enough. KFC is not the place to go to get your tummy full. Also hoping to report about this manner to the head office.

I used to go here for it's Krushers and ice-cream which taste great but they don't sell those anymore. Takes a long time for a small order, dim lights, not many chairs despite crowds, the infamous chicken has lost the spark which attracted us when it first started. There's a cool kids play area though which is fun

Clean and pleasing environment. Not much menu real estate to choose from however. Recommended for a quick and relaxing lunch or a snack.

Quality of the food was the same. However cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. No friendly staff there. They just work there because they have to. Very disappointed and feel very sad because it is a place where i worked long time back.
