Recently opened large food city. You can buy grocery items, Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and etc here. Friendly and helpful starf works there always willing to help if needed😊 Spacious parking lot available for the customers

Experienced a good service than others cargills food city. Most of day to needs are available in this Departmental store. All most all needs are available with out going to the city but no liqure. Parking also available with considerable area. Shop has been modernized according to the new standard.

This is one of the best super markets in the city. Since this location is bit away from the centre of the city, can easily be accessed without undue delay due to traffic. Any kind of dry and fresh items can be bought at a reasonable price. Kind and friendly service. Parking is available in front of the building.

Dear friends Please be cautious when shopping in these supermarkets. Because they mix all batches of items together and sell old batches to the new price . They do it deliberately as far as I am concerned . Recently I had to pay 20 additionally and after going home only I got to know that . So please do not do this to innocent people in this country . You all are reputed company . It's not nice for such a company to do this sort of chiep things. If you are not aware about it you pay excess. So with this current economic crisis people tend to absorb others as much as posible . Do not get trapped Shop mindfully .

Cargills in this place - Weralupa- is not the main outlet, however it's quite large with about 10 parking spaces, at the front and to the side. Looked clean and orderly. Staff was friendly and attentive. They have taken proper safety mechanisms during the COVID period with a sink to wash hands outside etc. It's much less crowded than the main Cargills in the middle of the city so you can do your shopping freely.

Good place to shop but not all the essentials.

Food city is hands down my favourite health food/grocery store in ratnapura. Or pretty much anywhere else in ratnapura. The produce is way better than the other grocery stores in town... not to mention better prices! I They have a great selection of vegetables , fruits, and bath and beauty stuff. I tend to get a little lost in there:) Last time I was in there the woman who helped me was so sweet and helpful. It is amazing how good it can make you feel when someone is genuinely happy to help you find what you are looking for!
