Cargill's food city Ratnapura staff are amazing, they have very good customer service.also the pharmacist have very good customer handling skills. I recommend this place to shop your things .4 star 💫

Similar to a local grocery store. Labels are not updated, many missing. No labeling of fresh items until it is past 9.30am and items are barely fresh. If Cargills cannot maintain the standards please close all outlets and maintain just one with proper supermarket standards.

Surprisingly good, spacious place. It may not have a vast collection of items but the basics are in place. Worth mentioning that this branch was one of the first I've tried during COVID-19 curfew/ lockdown. Even through telephone and Cargills' not-so-e-commerce website, they have delivered goods well. Appreciate the efforts of the staff in the branch.

I had a good experience Everytime. they have a great range of products. The store has more room than it seems in first glance. They have a evening BBQ station. There are two counters but most of the time there is only one cashier but it's mostly coz it's very low amount of crowd, and is there is indeed a que formed another cashier enters.

The second outlet in the town. As the 1st, this also has lots of items. No big rush for parking. The central bus stand is few meters away. So the travellers have very easy access. This is the only supermarket near by the bus stand which has well organized, and large varities of items to select.

It's ok as it's my first supermarket shopping. These days shelves are empty due to economic crysis. It's much nicer because it's situated near Ratnapura central bus stand.

This is the 2nd cargills food city in Rathnapura city It is located near to central bus stand parking. not too big and no liquor stores but a small pharmacy is in there.

Good service and good product range. Reasonable prices comparing with other places.

This is a nice place for a Super market and have a variety of good products for sale. As a branch of Cargills food City, this place really shows their identity. But many employees are too much lazy to give their service to the customers. Bust some of them are really helpfull and good. But many shows lazyness and dis respect their customers.
